They did a great job and went above and beyond by cleaning the glass on the fireplace.

Ed, one of the owners, came out with someone he was training. He explained the work that was done, explained his recommendations, and my fireplace was pristine! I'm very satisfied with the work that was done.

They found errors in the home inspection for the sale of our house. Less work needed to be done than we thought and they were very helpful in informing us what was needed, what wasn't, and giving options that fit our financial situation.

This is the second time I have hired them to clean my fireplace. They were professional, explained everything in detail and even went above and beyond and cleaned the glass on my fireplace which is not included. This company is amazing and would hire them for any chimney need.

Friendly and professional team. They did a good job cleaning and conducted a thorough inspection, including going up to roof and taking pictures inside and out of chimney. They were also helpful in answering my questions about our fireplace design. Estimate for future repairs was reasonable and well itemized.

A flue cap ($650) was recommended and would help the issue. The service man was really nice, so we listened to him and installed the item. $650 our issue is worse than it was before. Next a $1600 PCR treatment was recommended, we have chosen to work with another company since we already paid this company $650 for something that made our issue worse, a total waste money on our part.

The work done was excellent and they were honest about my repairs. They will be my chimney cleaning company from now on. Dont try to clean it yourself. Let these guys do it.

They actually had an opening a week before our scheduled appointment, so they called us to see if we were available and within an hour they were there. The team was very friendly and courteous. They did a full inspection of the fireplace and chimney and indicated everything looked great. The fireplace itself is now spotless and looks great. I would definitely use again.

I called in the morning, they were here before noon, they fit me into their schedule which I totally appreciated. They explained what needed to be done to make it right and gave me a written estimate that seemed fair. Ed was great, I felt like I was dealing with an honest person and they could start the job in 2 weeks.

I am extremely pleased with the job they did. Very professional, polite, thorough, and neat. I recommend highly. They were prompt and efficient.

Everything went very well. The service man, Ray, called in advance to confirm appointment, arrived on time, explained the work to be done and proceeded without wasting any time. He protected the work area and explained the work as it progressed. He explained what the had found and showed in pictures any area of concern or to be watched. His work was very thorough. He suggested various things that could be done to protect and extend the life of the chimney.

I dealt with Josh Fazekas and I was impressed at how well he represented the company in such a professional manner. Josh inspected my chimney and informed me that a liner was needed and doing a sweep/clean out would be useless because of the issue. Josh gave me a quote for the repair work and said to call when I'm ready to move forward.. He displayed great customer service so much so that he told me that he would refund a portion of the chimney sweep and inspection price because he was unable to do the sweep/cleanout portion. I would recommend anyone to this company on just my experience alone with Josh because of his honesty and his true professionalism.

During rain or melting snow, water could be heard dripping onto the steel fireplace insert. Called them for an inspection (which cost $99), which diagnosed several problems with proposed solutions. As it was early winter, no work could be done until spring. Called them back and schedule work for March, work was performed as proposed. Inspection fee was applied as credit to final cost.

All of the ashes were cleaned out of chimney area and chimney was fully cleaned. Very timely and provided a quick and thorough service. Very professional and timely service to work with.

Nice young man came to home and cleaned the fire place. He found a great many thing wrong with the fireplace. I kind of feel like he used fear tactics. He did not tell me all the charges for things I agreed to have fixed. All of a sudden there was a $560.00 increase above what I knew that I was paying. They come in low with the cleaning but other repairs are extremely expensive. My suggestion is get the fireplace cleaned by them. Accept their suggestions and then get additional quotes for any other work that needs to be done. Make sure to ask what is it going to cost, for each additional thing along the way before they do it.

The service techs were extremely professional and did everything to make me feel confident that they were doing a great job. The cleaning on our chimney was done quickly and with minimal impact--they were out of the house within one hour. Granted we did not need much in the way of cleaning, but he took the time to explain what they saw and allayed any concerns we had. I could not be more satisfied.

The service technician did a thorough job cleaning the chimney and kept any debris from getting on the carpets. He cleaned up the area very nicely. When he replaced the log lighter, he found he needed an additional length of pipe which he did not have in his truck. He quickly drove to the nearest hardware store and purchased what he needed to finish the job. He returned immediately--not the next day or in the future--the exact same day about 20 minutes after he left. Definitely above my expectations and we were able to use the fireplace that evening which was outstanding. Great work all around and I would definitely recommend this provider to anyone.

He arrived on time, actually called to see if he could come earlier than the previously arranged window of time. He was courteous, friendly, neat and clean (thorough precautions of drop cloth, taping off work area so as to not spread dust or dirt), he worked hard and efficiently and was very friendly. He gave good information on ways that we could keep our insert clean and efficient and he gave me advice on when it would next need maintenance...based on frequency of use.

They were easy and punctual to work with.

The service technicians arrived on time, were professional, and explained the entire process. During the cleaning process, the technicians identified all issues with the chimney and provided recommendations on which items needed to be fixed now vs. those issues that could possibly wait a bit longer. Pictures of the issues were emailed to me so I could review and discuss them with my husband before moving forward with the repair. During the heat shield process, the technician was very professional and friendly, again explaining the steps he was performing. I would easily recommend this company to those who require fireplace inspections or repairs.

Work was done promptly and professionally. After work was finished, everything was cleaned perfectly and as an unexpected bonus they blew the leaves out of the gutters at no extra charge. Excellent job!
