I was very impressed with the 3 employees that I had interactions with. You could tell that they took pride in their work and more importantly, cared about the customer. It was an absolute pleasure hiring this company.

They were on time and did an outstanding job. They were able to answer any questions I had.

These folks were not the lowest bidders I had, but I was convinced form the reviews to use them. They were responsive in getting me a quote. After I agreed and sent the down payment it took almost two months for the Cover to be replaced. I made several calls during the wait to see what the timeline was for the cover to be changed. It took me a MONTH to get the right person on the phone to answer the basic question I was looking to have answered “When can we expect it to be done?” Apparently, there was a delay because the manufacturers were not getting the covers out. But it still doesn’t take a month to figure that out and get back to your customer. All calls originated from me to the company even though I was told someone would call me back. Shortly after the cover was changed, I went up and inspected it. It had a 7/8” inch gap between the Chase cover and the chase in one corner and a ½’ gap on the opposite corner of the same side. I immediately called them and told them my concerns. After four months of me initiating phone calls that were never returned (except two they initiated – when they wanted the rest of their payment), they finally sent someone out to take care of the problem. I just can’t believe this is what they call customer service…..

in the process of selling a home, buyers home inspector identified our chimney was in need of repair. When I called Quality Fireplace and Chimney Service they responded quickly to address the situation so we could close on time. The work was done fast with no issues. Only negative; After project completion, workers left a small amount of materials and debris in basement which I had to clean up.

We took advantage of Quality Fireplace ‘s Spring chimney inspection special (and, ultimately for repair work done, Angie's List 5% off coupon) and were glad we did. Ray did the inspection and cleaning, found some significant cracks and crumbling and missing mortar in both the smoke chamber and the flue. Ray spent a lot of time with us, showing us not just the pictures that he took, but having us watch the screen as he maneuvered his 360 degree camera inside the chimney. He explained the repair options, without any pressure to do repairs at all, left us with information about the repairs and gave us a detailed estimate. We decided to go with the PCR, HeatShield joint repair and Parge smoke chamber repair options. Ryan and Johnny came to do the PCR– they were professional, personable, very efficient and careful to clean up. Ryan returned a couple of days later with Jeremy and spent most of a day doing the smoke chamber and flue repairs. We could not have been more pleased than we were with both of them. They were a pleasure to work with, clearly knew what they were doing and patiently answered all of our questions. Again, we were struck by their professionalism and efficiency and the way they took care to protect our floors and furniture as they did their work. The work we had done was not inexpensive but we feel confident that it was necessary and done well. We are happy with the 20 year warranty and confident that Quality Fireplace will stand behind their work should any problems arise.

Perfect. Knowledgable at a very good price! They were able to do a complete check and change out the gas logs with the log lighter.

Great experience overall. The gentleman came and cleaned our chimney and completed an inspection which from that we found out we needed additional services/repairs etc. Felt like he provided the best options and what was needed. Will be using them in the coming months!

They were excellent. They did the work on time, efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and we did both interior and exterior. The price was fine and competitive. We told them the problem and they did what they said they would do which was great.

It was super easy to schedule and the guys showed up within the time window. $239 for about 30 minutes of work feels a bit steep, but I have no complaints about the work they did.

Ray did a great job of explaining what he was doing. There was no mess at all. He showed me pictures of an area of concern but did not pressure me at all about replacing it. He immediately followed up with complete report and the pictures via email. Took less than an hour. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful. We did need additional work...they performed professionally, friendly, competent, just an overall nice company to do business with, from beginning to end. I gave them a B on price only because i had nothing to compare it with, its worth it to me to pay a little extra to get excellent service.

We had no idea about chimney caps. The Quality Chimney and Fireplace guys were able to tell what cap we needed from the ground, and they actually had one in the back of the van! So they took it out and climbed on our roof to install it. I wrote a check and they were gone within 20 minutes, job complete.

Though my husband nor I were home, we gave the Quality staff access code. Professional photos were taken of their work. They even cleaned the floors after they were done as they did not want to track gravel. We will use their services in future and would recommend the same to others.

Quality Fireplace & Chimney arrived at the stated time, examined the chimney by getting on the roof, and promptly provided a complete estimate for the work, including a couple of options. The written estimate was well done; however, before he examined the chimney, the person who came to do the estimate was trying to offer many options that I did not need or want in an offhand way. I ended up using another provider.

Pretty well, but I thought they were a little higher priced. The inspection cost 195$, but this amount was taken off the bill for the work that was completed.
