Description of Work: Cleaned the chimney |I had someone later check the chimney.. and they said they could see that it wasn't done completely. I hired someone after to re-do the cleaning. |I was told I needed to buy addl services, but after reviewing with two other providers, I could have it done differently for less.

Description of Work: Brian did a great job cleaning and inspecting our wood burning fireplace. Brian and his partner used a video camera to inspect the inside of the fireplace and he went on the roof to inspect everything up there. They were fast and professional.

Description of Work: I bought an Angie's List deal for a chimney sweep. They were efficient, clean, and thorough. They were friendly and provided an estimate on further work that I needed done on my chimney (fix the damper). They didn't try to persuade me to get the work done now, which I greatly appreciated. I will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: They cleaned my fireplace and replaced a small gas starter pipe. I had sent photos of the broken starter when I set up my appointment and they assured me they would come with the replacement part when they did the cleaning. They did not arrive with the replacement part and needed to set up a second service call for which I was charged an additional $150 for the part and installation which took 5 minutes. Unsure how well fireplace was cleaned because it still smells smoky when not being used.
