Description of Work: In late January of 2016, I bought a chimney sweep and video inspection service from Quality Fireplace & Chimney Service through Angie's List online. It turned out that the employee who gave me a quote did not even bring his video inspection with him when he came to his appointment. He did not sweep the chimney because it was not necessary to do so. When I complained to the owner later on, I received a full refund. |

Description of Work: We have our chimney cleaned every year. This was the 1st time we used Quality Chimney. We will use them again in the fall. I can't remember the price we paid but I do know that it was about $100 less than the service we have used the last 10 years. Quality did a prompt and through cleaning!

They have the experience to do the job and they can do it forever. I will absolutely continue to use their services again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Quality Fireplace Inc. They do the annual cleaning for my fireplace. So it was sometime in November of 2011. They do the inspection and cleaning.
