Our chimney was fairly clean apparently (we recently moved into a new house and weren't sure what the status of the chimney was), so it was a very quick visit (15 minutes or so). For the $130 it seemed like an expensive fee, however, had we had an extremely dirty chimney, I'm sure the $130 would seem like a great deal! They arrived on time, and gave us some pointers for better fireplace function.

Mike was able to be on-site within 1 day of making contact with him. He worked very quickly, but I believe that he did a thorough job of sweeping my chimney. Not a trace of soot or dirt was left in my house, which is not the experience I've had with some other sweeps. He also evaluated a few cracks I had in the firebox and concluded that they were safe. He didn't try to upsell. Very professional.

Service was great!! I placed an email in the morning requesting an appointment. I received a call shortly after stating that they were working a job in the area and would be able to fit me in that same day. Crew arrived on time exactly as stated and even placed a call to let me know when they were on the way. Can't beat same day service!! Ed and Kevin were both very friendly and the work they did was great. Thank you guys for a great experience and I will refer you to my friends and co workers!

Ed and Kevin arrived and went to work immediately. They were very easy to talk with and ask questions of. I told Ed the inspector (from the purchase of the house) said there was no screening in the cap. He said he could install some screening, but after inspecting the chimney and cap he said there was screening and did not need any more. I was thankful for his honesty because I said I would pay him extra to install some screening. Both Ed and Kevin were very pleasant and knew what they were doing. Their tips about what to burn and what not to were especially appreciated. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing an inspection, sweeping or repair.

We used Quality Fireplace to sweep our chimney this fall and had a fantastic experience. They were prompt, courteous, clean and gave me a very honest assesment of how often I need to use this service based on how much I use my fireplace. The reason this was a big deal was because his honest advice will actually save me money. Next time I need this service I will definitely use Quality Fireplace.

Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable. Mike's quote was much lower than the other quotes I received. He was able to recommend repair rather than replace options. We went with those options. They came when they said they would and did what they said they'd do. The work was neat and well done. There was no mess left afterward.

I would recommend them to anyone! They were prompt and professional. They thoroughly cleaned and inspected the entire fireplace. They started by placing drop cloths around the area, took the entire fireplace apart and cleaned, went up on the roof for further inspection. They gave me recommendations about the chimney, roof and flashing. One of them literally "whistled while he worked" and it is so nice to hear someone happy while working. Their customer service was excellent.

I bought the deal from Angie's List for $129.00. For a cleaning and inspection this is a very good price. I had a very easy time scheduling the appointment and received a 2 hour window. Mike showed up right in the middle of the window and started the cleaning and inspection. He did a thorough and complete job and was very conscientious about keeping things clean. He was very professional and courteous. He indicated that summer (June, July, August) is usually his slow time and that is the time to get the best prices for cleanings. I was very satisfied with the result of the cleaning and inspection and plan on using his services in the future.

Mike was super helpful, he thoroughly explained his process. As a new home owner I had a lot of questions; all were answered with respect and in terms I could understand. I never felt pressured to buy additional services. I'll definitely call him again next year.

After burning wood 4-6 times a night over the course of 5 winters, we knew our chimney needed to be cleaned and inspected. We took advantage of a Big Deal for Quality Fireplace because the reviews were consistently positive. Quality Fireplace called us before we even had a chance to call them to schedule an appointment, which was the next day when I would be home anyway. The team was very professional, courteous, informative, and clean throughout the process, and even removed all the ash from the fireplace and vacuumed around the exterior of the fireplace. We will definitely use them again!

Great service. Scheduled for the day after I first called. Came out on time. Took care to keep area clean. At conclusion, ran a camera up the chimney to show me that it was clean! Gave good recommendations on how often this should be done and chimney function and repair. He difinitely knew his stuff.
