Description of Work: I was not home at the time, but according to my husband they were very prompt. Our chimney according to them wasn't very dirty and they were in and out in about 15 minutes. They put down clothe on the floor to keep it clean. They did a very nice job.

Description of Work: I have written a review previously, Somehow it was not accounted for. Your office cancelled my payment for reasons unknown. Reluctantly I spent several hours attempting to get the concern paid. After several weeks and numerous phone calls, my payment was enacted. Kindly cancel my subscription to Angies list. I am completely and totally dissatisfied with the poor service and incompetent transaction business attention to my first and initial use of the list. Description of Work: The 2-man crew came in for a routine chimney sweep. They were friendly, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. We would recommend them.

Description of Work: They installed a stainless steel chimney cap. Could not do video of chimney because I did not have a fireplace.

Description of Work: I originally purchased and Angie's list special for a fireplace/chimney cleaning. I was able to get an appointment within a week of calling. They were professional and careful, sealing off the fireplace so that ashes didn't blow everywhere. I also had repair and remortar fireproof tiles that had come loose. I haven't had a fire yet as the work was done today, but am pleased with what I can visually inspect.

Description of Work: Mike and his assistant showed up promptly as scheduled. They pointed out the cleaning that needed to be done. They did say our chimney looked in great shape and did not force-sell additional, unnecessary and expensive items. They were clean, knowledgable and very professional. I would use them again without hesitation and will recommend them to our friends.
