We also offer a collection of decorative posts, post caps, gates, arbors and/or trellises to complete the look of your home or garden. Description of Work: Tried to use their online tool for an estimate and couldn't get it to work. the Very next day someone called because they could see we were on their site, which I thought was very nice. She told me someone would email me a quote and I never heard anything from them again.

This doesn't sound familiar to any of us here, the only person that would address this is myself or my salesman we don't have any female staff at this time! Sorry for the confusion. I also looked back at messages that Angie'[Member Information Removed] List also can see and your name does not show up as trying to get a quote!

Description of Work: take down/haul away old fence and install new 4 foot red cedar dog ear board on board new fence with 2 gates. took them longer to complete project than originally expected. thought it would only take 3-4 days but took them about 10. otherwise very happy with job, looks great

Description of Work: Fenced in a large portion of our yard with brown chain link fence with a decorative fence across the front. Installation went very smooth on the chain link, but there were some problems with delivery on the decorative fence from the powder coat supplier. Mike kept us well informed during the short delay and installed the remaining fence and gate immediately upon receipt of the material. We are very satisfied, and would definitely use Metropolitan Fence again.

Description of Work: Metropolitan Fence did a great job or my backyard fence. I had about 110 ft of city lot fenced in and an old fence removed. The esitmate was provided in a timely manner and an estimated time of service was provided. Thet guessed it would be about 2-3 weeks before they could perform the work and they started closer to 4 weeks out. Once they began everything went perfectly and they finished quicker than I expected. The estimate came in very competitive with the other quotes I received.I would definately recommend Metropolitan Fence.

Description of Work: Workmanship is very good, workers are friendly and courteous. However, the owner of the company is impossible to deal with. We had a contract and all we wanted was him to comply with the contract but he had other ideas which he could not explain to us. The situation became more bizarre after he began blaming us for the delays in complying with the contract. He yelled, was vulgar, and would not complete the job until we threatened legal action. The job was finished, the workers were great and we are very happy with our fence and gate but still scratch our heads over what happened.

Description of Work: Eric came out and gave us a competitor estimate for a shadow box fence around our yard. His estimate was near the high end but his professionalism and quality were worth it. He even talked me out if adding some bells and whistles because he though it would compromise the integrity of the product. | |We signed the contract right at the start if the busy season so I had to call to get scheduled (mostly because I was ready to get it done and was impatient.) He got our project started very quickly and was very flexible when we had to make a few changes. There had been some miscommunication on our end and he was very accommodating in adjusting the contract and price fairly. | |The end project is very good quality and we are very happy! We will absolutely recommend in the future!

THE PRICE WAS OUTSTANDING AND THE FENCE IS AMAZING. THE WORKERS SHOWED UP RIGHT ON TIME BOTH DAYS, (ONE DAY TO PUT IN POSTS, FOLLOWING WEEK TO FINISH FENCE). MET FENCE WAS VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH. THEY MADE THE WHOLE THING FROM PLANNING TO INSTALLING COMPLETELY PAINLESS. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN, BUT PROBABLY WILL NEVER NEED ANOTHER FENCE NOW!

IT LOOKS GREAT. IT SMELLS GREAT. EVERYONE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD COMPLEMENTS US ON HOW WONDERFUL IT LOOKS. THEY PUT IN THE POSTS AND CAME 3 DAYS LATER TO ADD THE FENCE, AS SPECIFIED. THEY'LL REPLACE ANY PICKETS IF WE HAVE ISSUES. THE PRICE WAS ONLY SLIGHTLY HIGHER THAN A HOME IMPROVEMENT STORE QUOTED FOR LOWER QUALITY WOOD. EXCELLENT WORK!

I GOT AN ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE AND SOMEONE WAS GOING TO CALL BACK TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. A MAN SHOWED UP THE NEXT EVENING WITHOUT CALLING FIRST AND COULDN'T ESTIMATE OUR NEIGHBOR'S FENCE. AS FAR AS THE NEIGHBOR''S FENCE, IT IS COMMON PRACTICE TO ONLY QUOTE A FENCE IF HOME OWNER IS PRESENT. IT IS ONLY FAIR TO BOTH PARTIES INVOLVED. AS FAR AS NOT GETTING BACK IN TOUCH WITH CUSTOMER.
