J & S Carpet Cleaning

Description of Work: This was the first time we have used J & S and had them clean the entire house- both carpeting and furniture. Dan and Zach did a wonderful job. Everything from pretreating, cleaning, recleaning if necessary. They brought a fan to quicken the drying time and sprayed on protectant. Made sure I had the opportunity to check over their work to make sure it was to my satisfaction. Explained everything to me before they started and then reviewed it again as we were checking out. I can say this is probably the best cleaning we have ever had. I was a little worried about the fact that it was a bit pricer but they worked dilligently for many hours so I know they worked for their money. The carpet was also much drier by the time they left , than past times we had it cleaned by other companies and it was explained that getting the carpet as dry as possible and as quickly as possible is important to prevent respotting and to preserve the condition of the carpet fibers. I would recommend them to anyone who really wants to keep their floors in brand new conditon. Thanks J & S!!

Description of Work: J&S was very nice and professional. The did a really great job of cleaning the carpets, even a high traffic area that I didn't think would ever come clean but it looked like new. They even cleaned the stairs after coming back downstairs. Next time we need a cleaning, I would call them again. I might be a little off on the date and price but it was around that.

Description of Work: Cleaned our living room and hallway carpet. They also stretched our hallway carpet. They explained process and answered my questions about other cleaning they provide (for furniture). Very friendly staff.
