J & S Carpet Cleaning

Moved in from out of State & was not familiar with area and services. Joined Angie's list and glad we used J&S for our pre-move carpet cleaning. Great Job!

They are excellent; they are phenomenal. I've used them twice over the last year. The quality of service stood out. They were friendly and professional. There wasn't anything I disliked. They are very competitively priced. Actually they were a little bit lower. I will absolutely use them again; I was going to call them this morning.

They were professional and efficient - they did a great job. I was impressed with their ability to clean the areas with the three types of stains. They kept the work areas clean and provided cloth boots for inspection.

I was skeptical going into this. We used them on referral of a friend and she assured us that our carpets would look new. Well, they do. I think the crew chief was Jason and the other guy was John. Very professional, explained everything. I thought the only thing we could do was to get new carpets which I really did not want to spend the money on since my dogs can really mess up the carpets particularly in spring. We only did the first floor because I work at home and needed to keep the dogs on the second floor. I will not hesitate to use them again. Very good work!

When I called the receptionist was very polite. We set up an appointment. Jason called 10 min. before their coming just to let me know they were on schedule.They did a great job. Very fair price. Would definitley use again!

What a great job I will not use anyone else in the future. Most of our house is wood floors. We have a sweet dog from a rescue, but it's like he was trained on purpose to think that carpeting = grass so I run in to problems when the kids don't remember to close their bedroom doors. Even before that I would have my carpets cleaned about twice a year anyway. I have tried a variety of cleaning companies over the years and have seen results ranging from OK to terrible. This turned out really great, my husband says this is the best they have every looked. They got out all spots, including some vegetable juice spots leftover from prior cleanings. My main furniture is leather because of the dogs, but we have a microfiber set in a family/playroom. I can't blame the pound puppy for spots on there, that's the kids! have never had the furniture cleaned before because I think that is really expensive but they are super clean, so I might treat myself again for Mother's Day next year. The lady doing the scheduling was super nice. She fit me in just a few days out. It was a two hour window appointment but you can have them call ahead when they are coming so you don't have to be there the whole time. They called to say they were a half hour ahead of schedule, which was fine. The entire appointment took just over two hours. Nice young men, very professional. They applied an Angie's List discount, as well as a discount for a living room where they don't move furniture, they don't move furniture in bedrooms (it may be available for extra).

I was the first appointment of the day, and the guys were a few minutes early, which was fine by me. I showed them the areas to be cleaned, along with a few stains of note, and then they went to work. Everything looked fantastic when they were done, and both guys were very professional. The price I got was better than other places I had checked, and that was before the Angie's List discount! I'll definitely be using J & S Carpet Cleaning in the future.

J&S is simply one of the best service companies I have used. I had not heard of them before this experience, but was frantically calling for emergency carpet cleaning as we were moving into a new home, and we discovered the carpet was destroyed. They had someone at my house within 2 hours. They completely restored the carpet, left industrial fans for a quicker dry time, all so my movers could begin moving that afternoon. The customer service gal I spoke with was very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend J&S!!!!

They did a pretty good job, so I would recommend them to others. I wasn’t too much concerned with price because they were recommended to me. I just wanted a good job. I think I could have found somebody else cheaper if I really looked for. I would use them again in the future.

They cleaned carpets in 3 rooms, stairs and the hallway. I would recommend them to my family and friends. I will use them again in the future.

I was able to get an appointment rather quickly, especially considering that the Thanksgiving holiday weekend was the following week. Since I had to wait until they arrived to leave for work, I was given the earliest appointment of the day. (The people who answer the phones and schedule the appointments are knowledgable and helpful. They asked me questions about the work I wanted and the approximate sizes of my rooms - and gave me a price before asking if I wanted to schedule an appointment). That morning I received a phone call at 7:45 letting me know that the team would be at my door by 8:00 - which they were. The men were incredibly professional yet friendly. They asked me about any concerns I had, explained the process to me and I left for work. When I arrived home that evening, my carpets looked better than they had in years! I will most certainly be using J&S Carpet Cleaning in the future!!

The customer service representative was very thorough and patient in describing the company's services and procedures and in answering my questions. The services were provided as described and the workmen were courteous and professional.

The crew at J & S were very professional and did a very thorough job. The carpet and ceramic tile look great! Jamie was very cooperative in adjusting our time when we had a problem with our closing and added on the bathroom at the last minute. They called and asked if they could come earlier than scheduled and when I told them no, because I still had painters there they assured me they would come as previously scheduled. Maybe a little more than I had paid before but did an excellent job.

They did a good job. Their pricing was very competitive. They were very punctual, quick and did a good job.

They were able to come out soon after I called to make an appointment. They cleaned my whole house, living room, diningroom four bedrooms. Also sofa and loveseat. Some traffic areas were very dirty. They got everything looking good, even some areas with pet stains which previous (other) carpet cleaners didn't remove. Over the years I have had many different carpet cleaners. J&S is the best. I was very happy with the entire experience.

They were able to schedule me within a few days of my calling them, called to remind me of my appointment the day before and again 15 minutes before arriving. I was told they would be at my house between 12 and 2 and they arrived right about at noon. The two young men who did the work were very friendly and pleasant. We had quite a few stains on our carpeting. They got everything out and left everything looking neat and tidy. The only thing I would not recommend that we had done was the Scotchguard. That carpet took several days to dry thoroughly and hasn't seemed to make much difference in protecting it - our pet vomited on it a few days later and I haven't been able to get the stain out even though I cleaned it up right away.

They have pickup and delivery for a nominal $50 but I didn't feel it was necessary in this case and let them know in advance when I would be dropping the rug off. All the cleaning procedures and pricing were discussed at this time and. The rug was available two weeks later and I couldn't be happier with the result. I feel that I definitely got great quality service for a reasonable price. I have been (and will be) recommending J & S to my friends and co-workers.

We had a very ill English Springer Spaniel for almost a year, who made her mark on most of the carpeted surfaces in our house. J&S does a great job on oriental rugs and has the proper rug treatments to deal with pet stains and odors. Steve and Luis from J&S Carpets were so professional. They arrived in their allotted time slot, wore booties on their shoes when they came in (it was raining when they arrive!) Helped me move the dining room table so we could position the delivery of my large (and very clean!) oriental rug. They worked on our 2nd floor wall to wall carpets for almost an hour and they look new again. If you have pets, J&S are the experts in dealing with pet stains. I will definitely call them again.

They come out when they said they were going to come out. They were professional. I thought their price was fine for what they did in the house. I did have them take a piece of carpeting outside and that was specially treated and that was more expensive than I anticipated, but I don't think that was too expensive. If there is a need, I would use them again in the future too.

They were great. Overall, it went very well. They did an excellent job. They were very thorough and clean. They were very neat in cleaning up after themselves. I would use him again.

They were spectacular; they were patting down everywhere and we thought that their price was extremely reasonable. They put the corner protectors to the corners of the wall so that the hoses wouldn't hit the corners of the wall. They were just great, very polite and professional. There was one spot but they came back the next day and fixed it without any argument. They also gave us a 10% off on the bill if we referred another client to them. They are the only licensed eco-steam providers. They are a family owned business and they have been in the business for about 38 years now. I was very pleased with them and will definitely have them come back again.

This was the third time I've used J&S. They're always professional and courteous. I'm always impressed at how they are able to remove stains from kids and pets. My carpets look brand new! Their prices are very affordable and online scheduling is extremely convenient.

The two men arrived on time. They were courteous and professional. They explained what they would do and the order in which they would do it. They were careful with the walls, floors and my furnishings. The carpets looked wonderful when they were done. Before they started, the tub and shower tiles had hard water deposits and the grout was discolored in areas. It wasn't perfect when they were done, but that may have been the best anyone could have done. I really can't judge that, hence the "B" rating on the quality. It is much, much better than it was before they cleaned it. I didn't get any other bids so I don't know how the price compares.

I was very satisfied with the work they did. They came the same day I called to schedule an appointment and worked extremely hard to get the wine stain out. They went over the stain at least three times and then cleaned the rest of the room and the steps to the second floor. They left and the carpet looks great!
