J & S Carpet Cleaning

They did a good job. They picked up the rugs and took them to clean. I was very happy with the results.

My old inkjet printer broke so I carried it the length of the house to get ready to pack it for removal. I left it perched on the dining table and suddenly I discovered that it leaked ink in a pool on light colored carpet and there was a trail of ink splashes through the whole house! I called J&S right away. The receptionist realized that time was of the essence in removing these spots. She said that she would try to find someone to clean it right away, but they were pretty booked up. She called me back and said that someone would come within the hour and apologized that she would have to charge the minimum fee. If the crew wasn't already booked solid they would have been able to clean more to make sure I got my money's worth, but they weren't able to do that. I agreed to the minimum price because the ink spots were really BAD, especially where it pooled. The crew arrived exactly when I expected them to. They spent nearly an hour trying to get the spots out. The trail wasn't so bad but where it pooled into a big 3 inch round spot was terrible. The ink went down all the way to the base of the carpet strands. He tried several different techniques and supplies to work on it. I was expecting the worse. But in the end he was successful and the spot was GONE! To this day you cannot tell where it used to be. The carpet looks unflawed. J&S did a wonderful job realizing the urgency of the matter and cleaning out the ink stains. Because of them my carpet did not have to be replaced. I would happily pay their minimum charge just for that again.

The price was very reasonable.They were very, very nice. They followed up with us, making sure that we were happy, they were neat and clean and did everything in a timely manner. The owner was right here and able to explain things to us and stuff like that. It was very nice.

THIS COMPANY HAD BEEN RECOMMENDED BY THE CARPET INSTALLER WE WERE EXTREMELY PLEASED. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND WORKED AROUND OUR SCEDULE EVERY ONE WAS VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY INCLUDING SECRETARY AND THE TECHNICIANS.THEY PROTECTED AREAS THEY NEEDED TO WALK OVER AND SEALED FRONT DOOR BECAUSE OF RAIN THAT DAY. THEY WERE EFFECIENT AND FINISHED ENTIRE JOB IN AN HOUR. THEY HAD TO WORK AROUND 3 LARGE PIECES OF FURNITURE WHICH THEY MOVED AND THEN REPLACED. THEY EXPLAINED WORK WHEN THEY WERE DONE AND LEFT US WITH CLEANING PRODUCT.

Home carpets came out nice. But the office carpets which were very filthy, came out fantastic!

Very Professional, came on time, did an excellent job on the rugs, moved the furniture, and did one extra set of stairs at t no charge. Gave an Angie's discount and recommended I write a review.

J & S cleaned the carpets in our house before we moved in. After cleaning the carpets looked lighter and all traces of the previous owners' cats were gone. There were two coffee stains that initially looked like they were gone, but reappeared after the carpet dried. J & S came out and redid those two spots and they look better, but they are still visible probably because the stains went all the way through to the carpet pad. J & S was very punctual and called even called to confirm the appointment and the technician called 20 minutes prior to arrival.

It went great. Friday he gave me a time of 4:30 and was right on the nose. Saturday they gave me a window of 11:30 to 1:00 and they were there at 11:30 ...both times calling when they were close to let me know. They were very friendly and polite and explained what they were doing . They really took their time with the carpets . They asked what I thought a couple times during the process to make sure I was happy. I had a couple areas that were pretty worn and now they look brand new. They left a little package with a brochure, directions on what to do while the carpets dried, a pen, some scratch paper and some spot cleaner that I thought was really fun. I have already passed that brochure on to a friend looking for a carpet cleaner. Really good experience. Love my carpets again.

Amazing job! Carpet looked like new. Attention to detail was great - moved our extremely heavy antique dining table twice!

Called and got appointment. Said they would be here between 2 and 4. They called that day and said that they were running early and asked if they could come at 1:30. That was fine for me. Upon arrival, there were 2 workers, they were very professional, polite and caring. I pointed out bad areas and they took it from there. They completed the work in about 30-45 minutes. Carpet looked great. They reviewed everything with me and even left me with a small bottle of spot stain remover. I had removed all my furnishings from the room so they didn't have to move any furniture. I do feel that the price was a bit high for a 380 sq. ft room. I was told the price when I scheduled and was told it was their minimum charge for coming out to my area. The quality and professionalism were great and I would consider them again in the future.

The two men were clean, friendly, professional. They cleaned all the carpeting plus extra rugs. The carpeting looks brand new. Fabulous job. I would definitely recommend J&S to others!

After a very unfortunate and very unpleasant incident, J & S came out very quickly on a Sunday afternoon. They did an outstanding job and helped to make a very unpleasant situation much better. I can't say enough about them and how professional they were. Thank you J & S!

The experience was excellent. They called and asked if they could come early, so they showed up an hour early. The company that I was using before them, went out of the business with whom I had all sorts of problems. J & S Carpet Cleaning quotes were higher than other companies. They spend more time rather than trying to rush. They did a good job.

I have to say that I was impressed. I had called another carpet cleaner who was not capable of doing the job [ another story...]. I had already cleared all the furniture etc and did not want ot put it back again before the carpets were cleaned. I called [ they actually had someone answer the phone right away] and they were here the next morning. They did a great job - I really did not thnk they would be able to do much with one of the rooms [teenager] but it looks better than I thought it could. They covered thier shoes and the hoses and even had a "thing" to put in the door to block some of the cold. I have used them before - not sure why I did not think to call them the first time. I will defintely do so next time!

They were very professional and personable. They were on time and they are neat and tidy with their work. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Fantastic people, company and quality of work.

I have used J & S several times before. Like before, the ladies who answered the phone were polite and very accomodating. The cleaners were prompt. They had given me a two-hour window to expect arrival, and the cleaners showed up at the beginning of that timeframe. The cleaners were also polite and courteous, and asked questions before beginning. They placed mats down on hte floor where the hose wa srunning, and used plastic guards to protect the corners of the walls in my house. After completing the work, they explained everything (future care) to me. The only problem I had was, they told me we could walk on the carpets and sit on the couches within a couple of hours. They said we didn't need a fan or anything...but the carpet and couch cushions were still wet into the evening. I put a dehumidifier into each room later that day and overnight. They were dry by the next day.

Excellent service. Will definitely be using them again.

Company is very responsive, punctual and professional. I am very impressed and satisfied with their service and will be using them for all of my carpet cleaning needs moving forward. It only took about 30 minutes and the carpets looked brand new!
