Description of Work: I use this servcie quite often - always professional and carpets are clean when they leave. They are not inexpensive - probably standard but I have had darn right scary cleaners before so I feel my security is worth it.

THE TWO MAN CREW WAS VERY EFFICIENT. MOVED EVERYTHING LEFT IN THE ROOMS AND PUT UP ON BLOCKS AFTER CLEANING. A BIT PRICEY. HAVE USED SERVICE MASTER IN THE PAST. LESS $$ AND BASICALLY THE SAME RESULTS.

I SELECTED THIS COMPANY BASED ON THE SUPER KUDOS FROM ANOTHER ANGIE''S LIST MEMBER. WHILE REMODELING WORK WAS ACCOMPLISHED IN OUR HOME, I WANTED THE CARPETS REMOVED, CLEANED AND STORED FOR A SHORT TIME TO ELIMINATE FURTHER SOIL FROM CONSTRUCTION DUST. ONE HAD OLD PET STAINS. THEY PICKED UP, DELIVERED THE ROOM CARPETS AND CLEANED THE OTHER INSTALLED CARPETS IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. I DO NOT TRUST JUST ANY COMPANY WITH THESE TYPES OF CARPETS, ALL OF WHICH WERE PURCHASED WHILE WE LIVED OVERSEAS. THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB.

JOHN HAS NOW CLEANED SEVERAL CARPETS FOR US BOTH IN OUR HOME AND AT HIS SHOP. HIS WORK IS CAREFUL, COMPLETE, AND PROMPT. IN ONE CASE, WHERE THE PET ODORS DID NOT COME OUT FULLY, HE DID NOT CHARGE US AT ALL! HE STANDS BY HIS WORK.
