I believe that I really got my money's worth with the repair that was done. My basement has been dry since the work was done in 2011. The work was professionally and efficiently done to repair all of the damage that had occurred in the basement previously. I am very satisfied with the job Everdry did.

We had a leaking basement with lots of mold visible. Everdry remedied the situation and we are so thankful to them. This job was performed about 18 years ago. The basement remains dry to this day. We have only had to contact the company once for a minor problem and they remedied the problem IMMEDIATELY. You don't see this kind of service from many companies these days. Value for the money is most important when have your basement repaired/waterproofed. Everydry's transferrable warranty really puts money back in your pocket. I live in New Berlin, which is arguably the basement repair capital of Wisconsin. Why builders weren't sued for their backfilling techniques is beyond me, but another subject. Bottomline is if you want peace of mind, go with Everdry. When it comes time to sell your home, you will have the confidence that your home inspection will pass with flying colors. It's dirty job, and Everydry does it well.

They did an amzing job! They had someone come and assess the basement and provided us all the best options. They worked with us on financing and were very responsive the entire time. The crew that completed the work was professional, courteous and hard working. I would hughly recommend them! I had no issues with any flooding this year.

Would not recommend. Gave &20,000 + in 2013. Basement has flooded twice since then (never flooded prior to their work). Flooded in August of 2020. They are not standing behind their warranty and want more money: No dry basement. No peace of mind. Customer service poor.

Team worked well, explained what was being done, answered questions that seemed pertinent, set up and cleaned up. Workers were continuous and courteous. They accomplished a lot in a day of work.

The service people came in covered carpet and floors before they started . Worked with efficiency and did a get at job of clean-up inside and out where they dug aground the foundation. I would definitely use them again if I had another house with waterproofing problems.

I don’t even know where to begin. Incomplete shoddy work, and theft! DO NOT GO WITH EVERDRY! My husband and I ignored the bad reviews and figured they were just angry customers nitpicking. We were wrong. Same thing happened to us as the other people giving low stars. We had two different consultants and one manager from Everdry come to our home and we were told that their crews would be digging 8’ down around the entire perimeter of our 1,400sqft home, replacing the drain tile in the basement, and re-taring the foundation from the outside. We needed a second sump pump added, and they were to install a ventilating system so we would no longer need a dehumidifier. The price was high but we figured it was justified with the amount of work they would be doing. We did call a few days after we signed the contract to see what we could do to get out of the contract if we couldn’t come up with the funds in time and were told there is no way out of the contract and that “Everdry is known for punishing people who try to break the contract and will burry people in fines and court fees”. So, be aware before you sign! What they say and what they actually do are two vastly different things. They only dug about 2-3’ down around small sections of the house. When asked why they weren’t doing the entire perimeter as we were initially told they claimed it was because the back of the house had a concrete patio and part of the house had an overhang. So basically the ENTIRE back length of our house was not waterproofed. There is also at least 4’ along the front of the house not waterproofed because the front steps were in the way. They broke one of the basement windows and our WASTE PIPE! They left unfilled holes, they didn’t line all the walls with the corrugate plastic strips and they covered pipe valves in concrete leaving them unusable. They used my husband’s tools and some of his materials for their work. They left drips of concrete all over our basement and dumped the left over concrete in our back yard (We have to dig that out of our lawn) and to top it all off the crew STOLE FROM US! A few Milwaukee tools, an extension cord and a $60 lead paint ventilator mask. When I called Everdry about this the receptionist initially tried to brush it off and cover it up. I finally got her to make the supervisor (Andy) call me back and he only tried to make excuses for the crew’s theft and terrible work. I told him I was calling the police and then all of a sudden his demeanor changed. He said he would fix the broken window and the waste pipe “to get back into good faith with us” and he offered to replace the stolen items. I did file a police report with the New Berlin Police Department but decided not to press charges because Andy did replace the stolen items. (Except for the mask. We’re still waiting on that.) Apparently $26,300 paid to Everydry will get you a partially done shoddy job, theft, and a huge mess to clean up. My advice? Don’t go with Everdry. I’m writing this on behalf of my parents that are in their 70’s and 80’s. The work that was supposed to be done wasn’t! They were to dig down to the footings all the way around the house. They went down only 36 inches. Only did half way around the house because my mom is having a new concrete driveway put in. They said that is better than them putting any barrier in. This being said to charge 22,000 dollars for a house that is only about 800 square feet. That’s taking more advantage of our elderly. Scum!!!!

After our basement flooded twenty years ago, we hired Everdry to replace our drain tile and install a second sump pump and crock. The work was performed in a timely manner and professionally. The workers cleaned up at the end of each day. We have never had any water issues since. Throughout the years, there have been minor sump pump issues and the company is always extremely responsive and usually comes out on the day I call. Given that we have springs underneath our home, the amount of water being pumped out can be excessive during the Spring. Everydry recommended and installed a second discharge line with a second sump pump in the crock to accommodate this large amount of water. I appreciate their knowledge and their fast response time!

During heavy rains we would have water flowing freely in our basement. We hired Everdry over ten years ago to fix the problem. Their workmanship and attention to detail has proven we made the right decision. We haven't had any issues with water in our basement. When the sump pump kicks on we know the drainage system is working as it was designed to. We appreciate the job Everdry did in keeping our basement dry. We wholeheartedly recommend them for you waterproofing needs.

Last minute rescheduling, incomplete job, damage to my plumbing, damage to my exterior, and now, 3 months later the crew leaves without a word and the job still is not done, I have an exposed damaged foundation, a basement I have not bee able to fully use for 3 months and the job still not done. The staff all treat you like crap. They dont return phone calls or emails and the general manager is condescending and patronizing

It went well , but the job was done in heavy rain and was very messy . Planters were tore up pretty bad .

I called to schedule an appointment to have them view the basement and provide me with options to address the current situation. Unfortunately they refused to schedule the appointment without my both my wife and I being present. I informed them my wife was not interested and I will be determining what action will taken therefore they declined to setup the appointment. I do not have an issue with then requesting both of us be present but I was surprised that they would turn away a customer who would not conform to their policy. I have not worked with Everdry before but this appeared to be a pressure tactic.

The workers were kind, courteous, and worked extremely **** ** the job. They made sure to keep me in loop throughout the entire process and did extra work to help us with the next steps of our renovation process. I am very satisfied with how the outside of the home looks and is sealed up. They also did a great job relocating the sump pump and creating a whole new drain tile system. The few problems we have encountered since the work finished have been fixed by professionals in a prompt manner. Overall, we are excited to have our basement dry and start fixing it up!!

Horrible experience - high priced - guaranteed lifetime warranty promised without mention of service agreement charges to maintain warranty including the warranty being transferable to new owners if needed. Garbage and mess left by workers, sloppy work, left concrete mess on my patio which cannot be removed, dryer broke after workers moved it. Late arrival of workers and left earlier than expected each day. Work was not done when told it was supposed to be done. Dropped gallon of water on basement steps with carpet and replaced it while leaking, created mold on my shelf and musty carpet. For the price we are paying work should have been superior. Will not recommend this business to anyone. Get a second opinion if you are looking to have work done by this company. This is just a summary of our experience, without writing a book. Honestly feel like we got ripped off and scammed.

It went very well. Workers were polite, proud to be doing the work, clean, and kept mess to a minimum while working. The white covering placed on our ugly wall to help it dry out looked great. Their yearly service agreement is fabulous for the cost also. We used it once due to a leak we noticed. Turned out hubby caused the problem when we put a fence in but that didn't matter. Everdry came right out and fixed it at no charge even after they figured out what happened. We have had zero problems with water in our basement and our sump pump continues to work well for the last 28 years. This company stands behind its products and labor, and values its customers.

We had been having issues with basement condensation and leaks since we owned the home. Our neighbors had used Everdry with great success and also told us about their renewable and transferrable service agreement regarding their work which my wife and I found very appealing. Their work was professional and expedient but best of all we haven't had any issues with leakage now for several years. On one occasion we thought there might be an issue with the pump and they were out immediately to inspect the system, which checked out fine. I liked the rapid response which tells me they stand behind the original work completed and I have recommended them to our friends and neighbors. Although they may be a bit more expensive, I believe they are worth the extra expense and their ongoing service agreement adds an extra dimension.
