Since we've purchased our house, Everdry Waterproofing of Wisconsin has since been nothing short of wonderful. The transferring of everything from the old owners to us was flawless. When we've needed anything they've been on it. Owning a home is a huge responsobility, but knowing you have an amazing company like this to make things easier is comforting. If I could give 6 stars, I truly would. Thanks for the continued top-notch customer service! And a huge thanks to Adam- their Service Manager for being so kind, helpful and informative.

From the moment we called for a quote to the day we paid our bill, our experience with Everdry was outstanding. Business management workshops could use Everdry as an example of how to work with your customer and complete services while both following company policies and making the customer happy. We can't say enough about the attention to detail not only in the information given, but in how it was given to us. The amount of patience, clarity and thoroughness left us truly speechless. Every person we came in contact with spoke to us as though they were family (not kidding). When the men came to actually do the job, they were extremely kind, gentle, and service oriented. My mother is elderly and having her finished basement torn up and bushes taken out around the house could have sent her through the roof. The sensativity of everyone who explained the process was remarkable. Many thanks to Antonio, Ben, Mike, Alicia, Antonio's staff, and everyone else who we worked with (I"m sorry I can't remember everyone's name). You are extremely good at what you do! You took a potentially very stressful and expensive situation and turned it into something my entire family took great pride in spending money on. The workers were very professional. We have not had problem since

14 years ago, our basement had damage from flooding when we had moved in and there was starting to be evidence of structural issues with the cinder block foundation. They came in re-enforced the walls and installed a sump pump and drain tile system. Ever since that point there has been no issues with any water or moisture in the basement, or any structural issues with the foundation. We couldn't be happier with the work that they did.

Great fix to the basement over a dozen years ago! 3 sides with metal beams for leaning foundation. Weeping tiles added too. Came back and added a second sump pump at no charge. Saw Tracy at the auto show and she reminded me that I could send in an Angie’s List review too. Recommend! 🕷️😉

Today was the first day the project started. I can’t believe the amount of work they completed in one day. I have a huge basement. Jeremy was thorough in his explanation of how things would be completed. I am very satisfied with the whole crew. So far—so great.

Excellent service by Sebastian and his highly motivated work crew. They arrived on time each day and completed my basement in only 3 days. In addition, I was informed of all work that was being done and any questions that I asked were promptly answered by Sebastian. Finally, for the amount of work needed to complete my basement it was definitely worth every dollar spent!

Needed to have done! Tired of mopping up puddles of water after heavy rains. Our older home had some extra surprises making the job more difficult. We were pleased after it was all done! Customer service is Very good and will take care of a concerns. Lifetime warranty is a great asset!

The work Everdry performed was excellent and The team was very professional and helpful through the whole process. Even today they are just a phone call away with any questions or anything I have about the work they perfomed in 2021. Along with that I haven't seen a leak or anything the basement drier than it has ever been and I couldn't thank them enough for all they did. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs their basement waterproof or looked at.

I purchased my house in 2016 and the previous owners had Everdry complete work in the basement. My basement has remained dry and I have had zero problems with work. I would definitely recommend them.

I did not think I would give 5 stars to a company which tore apart our basement but here goes. Every Dry was professional throughout the repair. They were on time, kept us informed throughout the repair and cleaned up after. We are thankful for their services and would recommend to anyone which needs basement repairs.

Sebastian and his team were efficient and timely. They kept me informed at each step in the waterproofing process both inside and out. They were happy to answer any questions or concerns I had.

Nate's crew was great! Very professional. Despite rain causing a muddy mess during part of the project, the crew cleaned the area up, and the finished product looks amazing.

Everything was completed just as promised. Jakes crew that did the work was very pleasant to work with. They cleaned up well after the job was done.

Value for the money is most important when have your basement repaired/waterproofed. Everdry's transferrable warranty really puts money back in your pocket. I live in New Berlin, which is arguably the basement repair capital of Wisconsin. Why builders weren't sued for their backfilling techniques is beyond me, but another subject. Bottom line is if you want peace of mind, go with Everdry. When it comes time to sell your home, you will have the confidence that your home inspection will pass with flying colors. It's a dirty job...and Everdry does it well.

Everdry was wonderful. They fixed our wet basement in 2010 and we are still dry!!

This was our first year (winter,spring) with EVER DRY. VERY SATISFIED! No leaks, moisture, mold. This is the first time we have a basement with NO basement smell. Highly recommend!

In 2010 we had water in our basement due to major rainfall that couldn't follow the normal path to our swell. We also had a problem where our basement walls were beginning to crack and push in and remained damp. We could tell that the problem was getting worst every year and it was only a matter of time for the foundation to give in and water to leak in. We hired Everdry to repair the problem and we have not had any water in our basement and no more cracks or walls pushing in. Also, Everdry’s service was beyond my expectations. They were professional, neat, quick, and very curious. They checked with us throughout the process to make sure we were satisfied and communicated and showed their progress so that we were informed. The guys were so upbeat and did their work with passion and pride. It was one of the best experiences we had with work done on our home. This is 2022 and I can say they left a lasting and pleasant impression, no water in our basement! We also purchased the yearly warranty which has been a good investment. The sump pump had a loud sound, and it didn’t appear to be working properly. Everdry replaced it in a couple of days. Gives up peace of mind knowing that they service their existing customers with quality service.

Fantastic! The work was done 20+ years ago and we haven't had any issues with water in our basement. When our sump pump motor needed replacement after 15 years, they came out and took care of it. I highly recommend them!!

This past year with everyone home more 24/7 we really appreciated the comfy extra space it gave our family to spread out in. We purchased our home and the previous owners had Everdry Waterproofing perform work to stabilize the basement walls and waterproof. We have owned our home for 5 years and couldn't be happier with the work that was performed as well as how easy it was to transfer the lifetime service agreement from the previous owner to us. I would definitely recommend this company! Great work!
