Cream City Tub & Tile

Great job adding a finish to our 1940 installed porcelain on steel tub.

Initially was satisfied with the job. It has been a little over 7 months and now the tub is chipping in spots even though I am extremely careful about caring for the surface. I only use Dawn dish soap to clean it and nothing abrasive. Will have to have them come out and repair those areas and was told I would be charged a service fee.

Installer was polite and prompt. After the job was complete several imperfections were noted. Mainly hairs and other debris in the glaze finish. The provider returned to fix the issues. The second repair was better, but not perfect. The glaze then peeled around the drain. The provider returned and addressed the issue. Within the past week a bubble of water formed under the glaze and above the bath. It eventually ruptured and now the entire bottom of the tub glaze is peeling.

Wonderful, simply wonderful. John was prompt and courteous. He answered all of our questions and explained the process. We are extremely happy with the results, and will not hesitate to recommend Cream City Tub and Tile to anyone we know.

It went better than expected. They were efficient, he answered questions and concerns. I would hire them again.

No work done. They never came after saying they would do job.

Their was several weeks before work good be done but they met the schedule date. It is basically a 2 day job . 1st day they mask and spray with epoxy. 2nd day they come back and caulk. On 2nd day the supervisor came along to inspect the job. The job turned out excellent. I would recommend them

John and his team were fantastic! They were all professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the work they were performing. I would highly recommend them.

John did an outstanding job. The tub is a beautiful Kohler white to match other fixtures in my bathroom. While he stated it would be slippery, our tub has molded traction embedded so it's not slippery! Don't hesitate to call on John!

John did a great job, the tub looks brand new again. John was very nice, and completed the work timely, he cleaned everything up when he came back the next day to caulk the tub.

John was professional, dependable and a delight to work with. We were doing a complete bathroom remodel, and he coordinated with the other workmen and made project a success. John is, in my estimation, the most ethical professional I have ever worked with. I recommend him without reservation.

We set up the arrangements with Cream City. They gave us the Angies List price and charged a small trip fee to go out of town. They stripped the old finish off, reglazed the tub, added a non-slip mat, and caulked. It looks fantastic. My father-in-law loves it. We are so amazed at how the tub looks like new! I'd definitely have Cream City do more work for us in the future.

They juggled their schedule so that they could come the same day because they knew I was upset. They were extremely professional, courteous and did an absolutely fabulous job! I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

After an initial communication glitch, the process went well. It required two half days of work. After the new tile was initially installed and John had left, I noticed that some of the tiles were touching and that the gaps for the grout installation almost looked wavy. I left a message on John's voicemail and he was back at the house in under an hour to make adjustments. He showed me how the spaces on between tiles were not uniform and that this not unusual with natural stone. In addition, during the initial visit to price the job, John recommended a counter shop in the Chicago area which we eventually hired to replace our Formica counters with granite.

Very well I was very satisfied with the results. John was very neat and tidy, cleaned everything when he completed the work. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that need this kind of work done.

Everything went well. Just an FYI. There is an odor from the process that was lasted a day or so.

It went very well and looks wonderful. John and Andrea did an awesome job and I couldn't be more pleased! I had bought a new sink that barely fit the opening but John made it fit. And the tiles by the tub look so nice (like new).

He was prompt, polite and did the surround same day which wasn't scheduled. Friendly, and was welcomed us to watch finishing touches. Explained every thing thoroughly.

John was skilled & knowledgeable, he honored our special Angie's List price, even though we had to do some plumbing before he could complete the job on his first visit. Very happy with the results!

Bought service at angies for saleprice . They allowed us time tile tub before they came (4 months). They were prompt, pleasant & professional. Tub looks better than new, hopefully it stands the test of time.

John clearly related the process used coat the tub cautioned us about fumes & we ventilated. Left clear instructions about care & cleaning of newly coated tub.
