Prompt informative, John returned following day to install mat. He was delayed and I got a call to let me know which I appreciated. Only downside was the overpowering chemical spell.

Arrived on time- explained The process and went right to work.when finished the told us how to take care of the tab.Returned next day to put bathroom back together.

John & Andrea were great to work with throughout the entire process! We had been contacting a number of contractors to come out & re-finish our bathtub which was cracking & bubbling in spots. Even though they were booked through the end of the month, they were able to find a time to squeeze us in within a week of calling - showing up after their last job of the day and staying later than they (probably) normally would, until almost 7 p.m.! John quickly stripped off the old finish, sanded the tub smooth in some areas where it needed to be and showed me the process the entire time. He even pointed out an area where a previous re-finisher had done some damage to the tub, and explained how he would try to address/fix. They came back in between other appointments the next day to install the no-slip mat (which you can barely even see, not like something you might find in grandma's tub) and caulk the tub & clean up. All said, it took about 3.5 hours from start to finish, and our tub looks great! Andrea was great with staying in contact the day of and made the entire process painless. Have already recommended them to my parents who are looking to do the same to their tub this summer! With the Angie's List coupon/offer they are running right now ($299 for the re-finish & 5-yr warranty), these guys are nearly impossible to beat!

John was about 40 minutes late. He was very informative before & during the job. The next day I noticed about a dozen chunks In the paint throughout the tub. I called him & he said he would make it right but couldn't come back until 8-9 days later. He came back our on (over).

In summary, they're very nice people and do great work, but their verbal quotes don't align when it comes to settling the final bill. Here's the entire story... I purchased a Big Deal promotion of $99 that was good for $300 towards a tiling job. They said to tile my kitchen backsplash was $16/sq. ft. so that should come out about even minus some big tile separators they had to purchase above and beyond normal tiling supplies which should be included in the install price. I then purchased another Big Deal promotion for $299 to reglaze a standard bathtub (originally $499). Additionally, I paid a deposit of $378 since the reglaze job was going to cost $800 since it was a shower stall. It turns out that only a chemical cleaning using lacquer thinner, a razor and a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser was needed (not reglazing) and that was for $65/hr. I was home, and it did not take them 5.8 hours to chemically clean the shower. In the end, they said they underbid the backsplash tile job, and the "cost of supplies" ate up the remaining deposit amount. I understand the large tile separators would be an additional cost, but mortar, grout, lacquer thinner and a magic eraser should be included in the quoted price. If they were to be additional expenses, the professional thing to do is to seek prior approval from the customer before proceeding. I must reiterate that they do quality work and are responsive, but stay on top of the quotes and alleged expenses.

Although I did not end up using this provider, they were great to work with and I will definitely use them in the future.

John and Andrea are true professionals. My counters were old, pitted linoleum type, and they sprayed on a beautiful beige finish called autumn blaze flint stone. The second day they put on a sealant. It is stunning! I could not be happier with both of them and my new kitchen counters. I highly recommend this company and these wonderful professionals. You will not be disappointed.

John did a great job. Took time to mask and protect the room before spraying. Resot was very good.

John and Andrea are very pleasant and professional people. You can tell John has been doing this for many years. He really knows what he's talking about. We appreciated his knowledge, as we're dealing with an old bathroom with a lot of character and the problems that go along with that, but did not want to replace anything with the lightweight items available today. John and Andrea had a great appreciation for the pieces and knew how we could preserve them and showed us how to bring them back to life. John showed my husband how to do the work he could do, discussing what products he should use. And John and Andrea did the work they are so good at. We are thrilled with how the tub looks. The new shower curtain rod is the nicest I've ever seen! And the non-slip coating in the tub is perfect! No more messing with a mat that's always getting dirty. Andrea responded to our phone calls promptly and with good information.

Arrived on time both days – 2 weeks before to inspect tub & tile and explained the process. Answered what questioned I had. Covered counters, mirror, floor. Work looks beautiful. Very happy. Very courteous.

However, they were very friendly, cooperative, and understanding when they came out to look at the job.

My husband and I couldn't be happier with the results of our bathroom. John and Andrea were both very professional and the prep work that they did before they even started was quite thorough. Everything in the bathroom was completely covered including the toilet and all pictures were removed so not to damage them from any of the overspray. I was very impressed that they took so much care as if they were doing the work in their own homes. I could not tell you how bad our bathtub was and how embarrassed I was to have anyone see my bathtub. I always made sure my shower curtain was closed and hoped no one would look in my tub. Now I keep the shower curtain wide open and hope everyone looks in. John did an excellent job and my tub now looks like it is brand new. As for my bathroom counter it also looks amazing. If I didn't know it was sprayed over the old counter top I would swear it was a new counter top. With my new tub,counter and sink I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Cream City to anyone looking to update your bathroom. I have already gave fellow workers Cream Cities name. The bathtub was previously refinished years ago.There were many chips in the finish and it was in poor condition.John arrived on 1/20/16 and was very punctual. The bathtub required to be stripped because of the quality of the old finish.A new finish was then applied.The whole procedure only took a few hours.I did not find any imperfections in the finish and the tub looks brand new! I initially declined a non-slip surface applied to the bottom but the next day I called Andrea and decided it was a good idea.John arrived on a agreed time,applied the non-slip surface and re-caulked the tub.I found both Andrea and John to be very easy to work with.They were professional and honest.I would definitely recommend them and I would not hesitate to use their services again.

John and Andrea came to the first meeting together and went over everything with us. They both took a lot of time to explain the process and came up with a good solution to this and another bathroom. On the day of the project, everything was very well covered and protected. The tub looks like new and it only took a few hours. John prepared us for the strong odor from the paint, it does last for a bit but we were able to have windows open even though it is January in Wisconsin. We would hire them again without any hesitation.

You don't talk to them ever over the phone, they don't return phone calls or pick it up. Ever since he's been to the house and told my tenant what the problem was, he hasn't returned any of my calls. He was also frequently late for appointments, and wouldn't keep us updated on when his arrival time was. He did give me a $100 discount because of a Craig's List special. He never mentioned there was a different cost to get it scraped before sealing it, but if it would have been scraped first it wouldn't be pealing now.

They did a great work. They came in and they were done when they said they would be done.

I love my counters and the backsplash - John was very professional. He was on time, kept his work area very clean and it looks amazing. He also helped me to pick out the tile and he is great with suggestions.

John was professional, prompt and cleaned up when work was completed. ?He also gave great ideas for our kitchen to be remodeled. We will definitely call him again to have work done.

They did a great job. I am very happy with everything that they did. They were very thorough. I had the plaster wall next to the tub touched up a few days before John came in and he noticed it was still wet when he got there. He researched all possibilities and found the problem and was able to resolve it. He gave me a bathroom that was more than I had hoped for. I am planning on having him come back and complete more projects as he does more than just bathrooms. He also fixed my window that has not opened properly since I bought the house.
