Friendly, quick, and easy!

The first pass on our carpet cleaning did not provide the results we were really looking for. High-traffic areas still looked a bit grey. ZeroRez was so concerned about our satisfaction that they sent their top technician back to try again. The results were better -- and I was wowed by the customer service I received! I will definitely have them come back again.

I can't say enough good things about the people at Zerorez and the job they do. From Samantha on the phone to the guys who did the work, they were prompt, responsive, professional, fun and friendly and they do an AWESOME job! Plus, since they don't use detergents or chemicals, the house doesn't smell funny, and I'm confident about my family (including the naughty dog) rolling around on the carpet. Bravo, Zerorez!

The technician arrived on time and was very professional. We told him about the cat hair, so he used settings designed for that and he too got out a lot more hair. There were a few stains that didn't completely come out, but it is a light carpet and those stains had obviously been there quite a while, so I can't really blame them for that. He cleaned the whole unit (three good sized bedrooms, two sets of stairs, living room, dining room, and finished basement. The carpet dried quickly and looked and smelled good. I like the fact that they don't use chemicals. I will use them again.

Dennis called a few minutes before the scheduled arrival time. He was very professional and helpful, giving me tips on dust mite control. He even sent me an email a couple weeks later with more resources for me. My carpets look great! I would definitely use this company again and have suggested them to friends already.

The tech was great, the carpets were dry by evening and, best of all, no possibility of hurting our pets with toxic chemicals!

My stairs were really bad! I have Berber carpet and you could really see the wear on them. That was what I was most excited to see how they did. I was absolutely satisfied! They were able to clean the stairs and the track so well. I was prepared to replace carpet prior to this but thought I would give them a try. All the carpet they cleaned turned out great. They were VERY professional and nice! I paid what was quoted me and there were no surprises (you know how that can go sometimes!). I would highly recommend them and use the, in the future. I can not remember the exact price. Had it done in 2013. I know it was reasonable or I would not have done it.

Dennis was very professional and personable. Our older carpet now looks almost like new, and he was able to get out some stains nobody else has been able to get out. The Zerorez cleaning system is new to me but it looks and feels much better than other systems. I am totally pleased with their service and would highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the results and the fact that NO chemicals were used even on stains. The carpet seemed almost new and fresh. I would highly recommend his company. Note: it is best to vacuum ahead of time and to remove as much furniture as possible. The will work around large pieces and raise them on styrofoam blocks.

They did a great job. On time arrival; work done well. They even got nail polish out of my daughter's bedroom carpet!

This was my first time using their services. I liked that they used natural ingredients and how the carpets felt soft after the cleaning. The quality was great. Scheduling the appointment was easy. I live outside of Madison so they could not fit me in right away but were able to schedule the appointment in less then two weeks from my call. He was very professional, personable and walked me through what he was doing. He also called ahead of time to let me know when he would be to my house.

Everything turned out great. They were very professional. I wanted them to come in the morning which ended up being hard to schedule. They were able to accommodate my schedule but not right away. I would recommend their service.

I felt the quality was pretty good, there were a few missed spots. The furniture was old so I think he did the best he could. This was my first time using their service. He was very professional, polite and took the time to walk me through what the service initialed. He did the work in about a hour.

This was my time using them and they did a fantastic job. The technician was great, he covered his feet before he came into the house and explained the process. We have pets and he explained the chemicals they use are not toxic and not a threat to the animals. He was extremely knowledgable and did the job quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We scheduled a service with them on a Sunday over the web and they emailed us back that same day. They were really proactive and responsive with scheduling. They let us know when they would arrive and called ahead of time. They were reasonably priced. They did an excellent job on cleaning the carpets. They had no problem in coming out to our home even though we are 60 miles away from their office. We plan on using their service again next spring.

They called earlier and said they were free to come sooner than expected. They had two people so we didn't have to help move much for them. They were done sooner than expected. the carpets look great. We thought we would need to replace the carpet but not anymore.

Service was very courteous. The cleaning was completed quickly, and they did a good job of propping our furniture and giving instructions for when to remove the props. We were very happy.

Carpet cleaning went well but it was frustrating trying to get someone to call back promptly when scheduling. I called several times during business hours and repeatedly had to wait to get call backs. Either the scheduler needs a cell phone or needs to be at her desk more often during business hours.

I've used this service before & they continue to impress me with their performance. I recently suggested them to a friend who figured he was going to need to replace his carpet. He too was impressed with the job they did on his carpets. On time, the service works well & the pricing is fair -an uncommon combination.

He came on time, had a great personality, our dog loved him, and our carpets now look like the day we moved in to our new home. Couldn't have asked for more

They are very prompt. I arranged for them to come between 2 and 4, with the agreement that they would call when they were 15 minutes away. They called at 1:40 and said they would be to our house in 20 minutes. A little before 2 the doorbell rang and there they were. Just having people show up on time is refreshing. They are very courteous, friendly and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone who wants their carpers cleaned in the most environmentally friendly and thorough way possible.

It went very well. First of all, they gave me a time, and actually showed up exactly on time. I've had rental properties cleaned by a number of carpet cleaning businesses, and in my experience, ZeroRez may be the first company to show up exactly on time in 15 years that I've used such services. The guy who came to do the carpets - Dennis - was very courteous, very reasonable and offered a good explanation of all the services he was performing. He also had a very good knowledge of the process that ZeroRez uses, that limits the amount of chemicals introduced to your home. That was very important to me given that I have two young children. All their equipment looked very clean and new. The technician also made carefully cleaned hardwood areas where moisture from the carpet cleaning device overran the carpet a bit. I am very happy that I've finally found a "go to" company when it comes to carpet cleaning - especially as a landlord this is important to protect my long term investment.

The guy showed up on time, asked for my expectations, explained the service he would perform (in detail), educated me without being a pushy salesman, and got my carpets clean. If the carpets don't stay clean, like he said they would, I will revise this posting. He suggested a cleaning every 12 to 18 months.
