Description of Work: I hired FixEm to caulk my bathroom (walk-in shower, soaking tub, sink/vanity). The serviceman was friendly and punctual. The cost was reasonable for the service. I also asked for a quote on another project... Based on the experience, we'll likely hire them again.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet in my family room. They did a great job and were quick.

Description of Work: I had two large sofas, an armchair, living room carpet, stair carpet, and stair landing carpet cleaned. The furniture has some bad stains and the carpet had a handful of minor stains. The carpet had not been professionally cleaned in 10 years as we did the cleaning ourselves previously. Zerorez arrived promptly and they were very professional and upfront about the difficulty of complete stain removal on the the areas to be cleaned. They explained the different natural treatment methods that could be used for stain removal. While they were unable to remove all the stains from the furniture (mainly on the piping which I expected), we saw a significant improvement and were very pleased with the end result. The carpets also looked very good, although the stairs did seem to show a bit of dirt that may have been brought to the surface from the cleaning after drying. All-in-all I am very pleased with the result and would use the service again. I especially like that this service is environmentally friendly.

Description of Work: Purchased a rental property and had them clean two bedrooms. Their employee was prompt, personal, efficient and professional. One room had been used as a laundry and was in bad shape. The other bedroom was in pretty good shape. The laundry turned out ok but the other room was great. However, we now wish we just would have put the $139.00 toward new carpet for the rooms. Overall though, we were satisfied with their performance and would use them in the future.

Description of Work: This service did a very thorough job and was very careful around the rooms not to damage paint, etc. The contractor worked very hard and completed the work in a timely manner. Thank you very much!

Description of Work: They cleaned one set of stairs carpet and several rooms of carpet. They did a nice job except that they didn't put plastic underneath all of the furniture legs while the carpets dried. I don't remember the charge but it was very reasonable.

Description of Work: Clean all carpeting in house as well as tile floors in bathrooms. Tim did an excellent job, and even worked around cable installer, who arrived early.

Description of Work: Initial responsiveness was incredible, but then they ignored a question that I asked on two separate occasions. Because of that, I will not go further with hiring them to clean our carpets.

Description of Work: They are super nice and professional. The worker called to see if it was ok to show up early. Our carpet was in the basement and it was clean by the time Zerorez was done. I love that it's non-toxic and it smelled like citrus after.
