Professional job all round. Tardy or slow in returning calls and setting up an appointment to have the job carried out after contract acceptance. Office help courteous and pleasant but stretched and should be augmented.

Perfect. We were working around another remodeling contractor. They were flexible in timing and were understanding when all prep work was not perfect.

They came right away when I called, and they came when they said they would come. They did a fair job of clean up, they used a shop vac to clean the stairs where they walked up and down and that isn't the way I would've cleaned it, but it was ok. They were polite, and got the job done in a timely manner.

Estimator came a few days after I called. Explained the options, measured the spaces to be insulated and made suggestions about what would work best.

I had to call a few times before they called back to schedule a quote, but from there it went smoothly. The bidder (Brian) was very professional and he gave helpful advice on roofing issues as well as insulation. Because of their heavy workload I had to wait a month for the job to be done, but they showed up first thing on the day and did the job with great courtesy and professionalism. The results seem to be superb. The upstairs of my house is far cooler than on similar days last summer (the additional venting installed in my roof by another contractor probably also helped in this regard).

Let me start by saying: Rockweiler is the best. I called them last minute to have them come in to do insulation as part of our $60K home reno project. (We had overlooked the insulation in our planning process, so it was kind of an emergency situation.) They made space for us, during a busy season. They were prompt and careful and courteous in every respect. Brian came out and did the estimate, and he recommended some things I hadn't thought of doing. I said we would think about the extras, and he was very courteous about it, saying he understood if we didn't have the money for it or if we wanted to do it later. They came and did the first phase of work, but they could do only part of it because we weren't ready for them. Brian rolled with it though and kept a cheerful attitude. We liked their work so much that we had them back out to do the extras that we had passed on in the first round. I have the highest respect for their work and professionalism. Excellent contractors all around!
