I have dealt with a lot of contractors throughout the years , ,but contractors Will not call you back. Kurt called me back or texted me when I called. He worked with me to get in the water heater asap. He was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend him, you wont be disappointed

Dealt with Kurt who was a real Professional at his job. I sent him pictures of my leaking water heater that he requested. He gave me several options for a replacement along with pricing info. I called him on Good Friday evening and he was able to install my new water heater Saturday morning. Best price around. Called numerous plumbers in the area, he was the only one who could service me the next day. Replaced the old one updated my connections and installed a new valve. Hauled away the old one, cleaned up everything in my basement and even cut up the box my new one came in and put it in my recycle bin. Kurt was very kind, courteous and friendly. Showed me how to start up the new one and explained operating procedures. This guy isn't a rookie and knew exactly what he was doing. He was quick and efficient. All I had to do was open the door for him and he did the rest. Would highly recommend. I know who to call if I need any plumbing work in the future.

Kurt was very professional and respectful in his communication through out the process of evaluating the work, getting quotes and the project itself. He was very transparent in everything, and made sure to check with us through text post install as well to make sure we were satisfied with the water heater replacement. When there was a minor concern later, her was very responsive and clarified everything over the phone with us to help us through it.
