Kurt went out of his way to accommodate me and installed a new water heater first thing in the morning the next day. He was a personable guy and very responsive to my questions. I would definitely hire him again.

Kurt contacted me soon after I utilized Home Advisor. We discussed the project and decided to wait until the 11% was in effect and went to a famous chain of home appliance stores to buy a new water heater. Within a couple days Kurt texted me and said the 11% sale has started. I ordered the water heater and got it in a few days. Contacted Kurt and he said he could install it in the morning. If you need plumbing work done this is the guy for you!! Can't say enough good. KJM called to set up a time to repair my water heater less than 5 minutes after I was on HomeAdvisor and it was Sunday! He came to the house with all the needed parts and tools needed for the job. None of the will I need this or that. What a relatively painless experience. Friendly, polite, good value, cleaned up after the job

Iâ m very pleased with the work done by KJM toward replacing my 20-something year old gas water heater that had started to leak. I was able to get a very reasonable quote within a day over the phone and after texting several pictures of the unit showing the piping involved. This was a big time saver. Kurt arrived on time for the installation, removed the old unit, and installed the new unit within less than 1 1/2 hours. Total time from leak to new water heater installation was around 2 1/2 total days. Highly recommended.

Kurt is very competent and efficient. He is very reasonable in his pricing. He was super prompt, took his time and finished slightly earlier than he projected. He spent a good deal of time making sure that everything worked correctly and then explained how best to maintain the heater and softener that he installed.

Power vent 75 gallons storage tank water heater install. Kurt was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with me prior to coming out to do the job. Kurt was professional and very innovative as he had to come up with a plan b because of the height of my basement. He explained things very well as he was installing and hauled away the old one. Kurt was able to accomplish what a few other plumbers told me could not be done. Kurt is the man for your next job, I have no doubt in that.

I kept in contact with Kurt via text. When I had a question, he always answered me immediately. He arrived as planned and did not waste any time installing the water heater. He was very courteous and friendly. He had a very tight space in which to install the water heater and did a great job of making it fit. He left the work site cleaner than he found it! I will use Kurt in the future for my plumbing needs and highly recommend him to others.
