They were prompt with scheduling for assessment of my hot water heater. Were available to talk about the problems I was having with my hwh and replaced it by the next day, but also gave me all the options I had and didn't force me into purchasing a new hwh as my only option.

Kurt is one of the best plumbing professionals I have ever dealt with. He responded promptly to my request for a quote on replacing a old, poorly located water softener, answered all my questions and provided me with a very fair price. He is my plumber for life, I would never call anyone else after meeting him. He is a small business owner and takes pride in his work and his customer service. For example, Kurt is very friendly, arrived on time, put down a tarp to keep the salt off my wood floor, suggested improvements to the way the original water softener was plumbed, added a shut-off valve so I didn't have to run all the way into the basement and took the time to show me how everything worked once he completed the job.
