Replaced the water heater on a Saturday in a timely manner and at a fair price. He cleaned up any mess. Also checked back in with us a couple of hours after the installation to verify all was well. Kurt was responsive, gave the best quote, installed the unit quickly and checked in later to make sure the unit was working.

The whole experience was great. I called on Friday and got the water heater replaced at 7 am on Monday. Kurt was very on time, personable, efficient, and cleaned up very well. Done in an hour.

Under the circumstances having a leaking water heater, I had little time to do a good comparison study of plumbers for price, service, etc. I did phone the plumber who installed the existing heater, but his quote was outrageous! I then called Kurt, who was very receptive to solving my problem. He gave me a workable quote plus next-day service on installing a new heater. Kurt did a great job, both installation and cleanup.
