Water heater stopped working Monday early AM, I searched internet and found several plumbers and provided details of my need and Kurt Mara of KJM responded - we texted and I chose Kurt as he showed high interest, asked for details and by 1 PM he arrived with our new heater. By 4 PM we had hot water. Kurt is a licensed Master Plumber and works very efficiently, carefully, tested result, checked in later for our satisfaction of install, and best --- provided same day service. I called on a Saturday morning needing a new water heater. I did not expect a response right away but within a few minutes I got a call. Kurt asked me to send pictures and as soon as he had them, I got a quote. He answered all of my questions promptly. It was a reasonable price and I agreed. He scheduled the job for Monday morning . He showed up when he said he would. He worked quickly and efficiently. Because his response was so fast, I had hot water a lot sooner than having to wait until Monday and being that much much further behind. I would definitely hire him again.

Excellent service!! Kurt responded within minutes to my request via home advisor, for help with a leaking water heater. He asked if I could send pics of the water heater, which I did. He couldâ ve told me it needed to be replaced ASAP but he said Monday would be ok. On Monday AM he called first and was on time and very personable. He explained things, stuck to his estimate, which I believe to be reasonable, and he cleaned up after himself, even when I told him he didnâ t need to. I will absolutely hire him again In the future for any plumbing needs. I highly recommend him.

Kurt made availability for a water heater install within 36 hours of contact. The water heater price was fair, and so were his delivery and labor fees. Kurt went above the call of duty when he looked over other plumbing concerns I had and was honest in his assessments, which saved me from unneeded and costly repairs. Saturday my hot water heater went, so I contacted Home Advisor thinking I wouldn't hear from anyone until Monday. I was pleasantly surprised to see a text Saturday night. Kurt was very easy to work with and very professional. I now have a go to plumber for other projects.

We could not be happier with their services. Our water heater started leaking overnight. They called me within 5 minutes of me submitting the request for work. We wanted to upgrade to a larger water heater tank but were not sure if it would fit and he came to look at our space within a few hours. After verifying that the larger tank would fit, he came back within another few hours to complete the job. He came in with a mask on without needing to be asked. As someone with a compromised immune system, I was very thankful for this! He completed the work and cleaned everything up within a few hours. Our emergency was over! I would most absolutely recommend this company!
