I had a water heater go out and they got me back up and running with a new one for far less than I was quoted by the "installation service team" at the big box store with the orange logo... I had a lot of other things going on at the same time, so I was inconsistent with staying in contact - Kurt just kept working with me and was understanding :-) Brandon was the plumber who came to my home. Very friendly and considerate and took COVID precautions seriously. I'll definitely be using KJM again in the future!

I had never used Home Advisor before this experience. I was simply looking to get an idea of cost / availability to replace my broken water heater on short notice. Kurt from KJM contacted me right away within 30 minutes of the request through Home Advisor. He had the most competitive bid and was able to get my water heater replaced on the same day within a few hours. I asked about a number of other plumbing issues around the house and Kurt gave me great feedback and explained how he would resolve them. I will be hiring KJM again for those other plumbing projects based on the great experience I had. Highly recommend!

I got response to quote request in 2 minutes. After asking for pictures of the water heater to replace, I was told to not worry, provided the crisp itemized price quote to replace my 50G broken heater, and clear steps of what will happen next. They promised price match to competitor services too. plumber showed at door in 3 hours and after another 2.5 hours my new water heater is in operation. staff is resourceful, friendly, considerate (wearing mask even he is fully vaccinated) and professional (answer my dum questions patiently and make sure I know the core knowledge of servicing my new water heater). cleaned up the work parameter after work. KJM didn't start to talk about payment until they verified my water is hot and everything is ok. instant text message conversations during the engagement. I am glad I searched for the best contractor and found them.

Kurt was amazing i sent a message online after hours and he called me within 5 min. I sent pictures he gave me a quote and was here the next day. He fixed the floor drain by the water heater that we were unaware that it was plugged. He is very personable and went above and beyond! He is now the only plumber we will go to.
