Overall, I was very impressed with Brandon's work. He answered my call on Friday and came out on Monday. He quickly dealt with the (admittedly) minor issues that I was unable to troubleshoot. He was very pleasant and happy to answer any questions--he noted a few things that I'd have to deal with before we plan to sell the house (in the next year) and was honest in terms of relative importance and skill level needed. While the work he did was relatively minor everything he did convinced me that the next time I need a plumber I'll call him.

Their quote was by far the lowest and their work was excellent. They will be my first call in the future.

Can't say enough good things about Cooper & Sons. Our pipes burst and we frantically called 10+ plumbers with no luck. Finally thought to check Angie's List. Cooper picked up the phone immediately, assessed our situation, and were here within 2 hours. Fixed the broken pipe in 20 minutes and then walked around whole house to make sure everything else was okay. They also told us they'd send a bill and not to worry about payment that night, which was a huge help because we were frantically cleaning up the water and mess. We live in a 100+ year-old-home; they were very comfortable with homes of that age. They were wonderful. We'd hire them again and highly recommend them.

Our pipes were frozen during the current cold snap, so we found Cooper & Sons on Angie's List. They arrived within four hours of our call on a busy, diagnosed the problem quickly, and recommended placing heaters in rooms beneath the frozen pipes. Since the pipes were plastic and they could not do anything, there was no charge. They then referred us to an insulation company to address the problem.

Again, after a few days I called and left a message to make sure they had the correct phone number and email address. My messages were not responded to, so we went with someone else.

I took the morning off from work to meet with Brandon at my home so that he could write up an estimate. He arrived within the specified time frame and was courteous and professional. He made his assessment and left. I expected to hear from him with an estimate within a couple of days. Since Brandon's visit, I have not received an estimate from Cooper Plumbing. I have called and left messages, but I have never received a response. Given that I took time off from work to meet with him, I believe that professionalism would demand at least a call indicating that they were not interested. I have since had water damage and have hired another company to replace the unit.

Installed new kitchen sink and faucet that was pre-purchased. I could not have been more impressed with the service! Thank you, Cooper Plumbing!

After trying to fix a leak in our upstairs shower ourselves, we suddenly heard a "drip drip drip" -- yes, water was coming through our ceiling from our "repair job". This was a Sunday night, so we turned off our water main and hoped that we could get someone over first thing on Monday morning. Come 8 am, I called another highly-rated provider on Angie's List, but they were booked for the entire week. When I asked if they had any suggestions, they recommended Cooper & Sons Plumbing and I'm so glad they did! Brandon answered the phone when I called and cheerfully said he could be there in the early afternoon. They arrived right when they said they would, and got to work! They quickly fixed our leak (they had the necessary part with them!) and also took a look at and fixed an issue we had with our kitchen sink. I couldn't believe how quickly, inexpensively, and FRIENDLY they were. I don't normally write reviews, but I just had to for these guys. We'll be moving to a larger house soon and will definitely be calling Cooper & Sons Plumbing for all our plumbing needs!

Excellent Service. Answered by call immediately (on his cell). Took the information. Discussed an hourly charge as well as the cost for new fixtures. Over the phone, I indicated that I wanted a disposal with greater HP and I described the type of faucet currently in place. During the first call we scheduled a date that was about a week later. The tech/plumber came as scheduled with the correct replacement fixtures (as described on the phone). The installation was about one hour. Both fixtures work well. I would definitely recommend to neighbors and I will use the service again. I marked N/A for price because I selected higher end fixtures. The hourly rate quoted was reasonable.

It went just fine. They came out quickly. They were very honest when they found that I didn't have an issue with my water heater. I would recommend them.

The 22-year-old water heater died when we had just returned from a vacation. Cooper responded to an afternoon phone call and was at our home at 7 am the following morning with a new water heater and softener. All were installed by 10 am. The worker was prompt, pleasant and cleaned up all the rust from the old water heater that resulted when it was disconnected. We were very pleased.

Cooper did a great job of getting in on schedule and completing the work quickly. There was rough in work and finish work. He worked around our schedule and exceeded expectations.

I am very pleased with the work done by Cooper & Sons. My water heater went out on Tuesday morning and I immediately checked Angie's list to find a skilled, reputable, and professional plumber. I checked out a number of plumbers on Angie's list and I decided to call Cooper & Sons based on the reviews. While waiting for a call back - in the interim, I called a few plumbers that I found via Google - I got quotes and most plumbers talked against the tankless but I got the feeling it was because they really don't know much about them or how to install them (just my opinion). However, once I spoke with Brandon I found that was the best call I made - they were out by late noon and I had a new tankless water heater in place by the next day. Prior to coming out - Brandon gave me a professional recommendation based on what I was looking for - the tankless is more expensive but will pay for itself in a reasonable amount of time. I have an older basement and the old tank water heater was sitting in the middle of the floor - not only was it unsightful - it took up too much space based on the size of the basement. The installation was quick, professional, and they even cleaned up after all the work was done! I mentioned a leaky kitchen faucet and they fixed that for me at no charge! Our new water softner was installed in about 1 1/2 hours. It takes up less floor space than the old one and looks fine in our laundry room. Mr. Cooper's assistant made sure that the floor was clean and all the old equipment was taken away. We are very satisfied.

Don'ts - Don't be afraid of Tankless water heaters.

We called to coordinate plumbing issues with granite countertop installation. Brandon worked perfectly without the installers for the countertoprs and we were without working kitchen plumbing for less than 24 hours. Have had him do many jobs other the past years and everything he does is excellent and reasonably priced.

Went very well. Cooper & Sons came when they said they would, told us what was needed, obtained approval of the repairs and did it when they said they would. The job was a little more involved than simply replacing a faucet as a wall had to be cut. Would strongly recommend Cooper & Sons to friends.

We've had such terrible results from a few past plumbers, and this one was such a tremendous relief. Brandon quoted me prices over the phone that he stuck to, arrived on time, and he's just really good. I trust him totally. I'm happy with his services. I would strongly suggest, if you use other plumbers, to get the quote in writing.

My water heater died on a Saturday. Brandon Cooper came to my house that day and we discussed all of the options (I did my own research on the internet after he left and believe that he covered all options). He is very knowledgeable about plumbing and is very upfront about the pros and cons of each option. I researched the unit he recommended (Navien NR240A) and was happy with his recommendation. I called him back after completing my research and told him to go ahead with ordering the tankless water heater that we discussed. He indicated that he would call me Monday after talking with his supplier (Rundle Spence) with a timeline; suspected he could install it Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning. We also discussed some other minor plumbing issues (most significantly, two dripping outside water faucets) that needed to be remedied. He called me Monday morning and said that he would be at my house to install the unit on Tuesday morning around 8:30 AM. He arrived with his partner, Lenny (Robin Hood Plumbing), at approximately 8:15 AM and they began working immediately. They were done with all projects (yes, there was another unforseen project; moved the water softner) and left around 12:15 PM after cleaning up. Before leaving, Brandon thoroughly explained the operation of the new water heater; gave me the warranty information with directions on what I needed to complete before sending it in; gave me the instruction manual, etc for the new water heater. Brandon did not charge a separate "trip charge" and I found his prices to be extremely reasonable. I found myself a new plumber!!

Went well. Was much more than expected, and I would have liked more options. The work was done well.
