Overpriced, took over 2 hours to complete job. Would not use again.

Was supposed to arrive between 8-8:30 am. My husband got a call at 8 am saying he was waiting for a tool he needed to use that was currently being used for a different job and that he'd be to the house between 10-2. Frustrating. My husband stayed home from work for a few extra hours and then I had to come around noon because my husband couldn't be away from the office any longer. It's 2 o'clock and still no word. Finally it is 2:15 and we hear he should be at the house in a half hour. About 5 minutes before he was supposed to arrive we get a call saying his tool doesn't work to fix the problem! Now my husband and I each took a half day off of work for a problem that was never fixed! Terrible experience.

Excellent work, cleans up any mess, pleasant to work with.

I had a noisy check valve. They came and fixed it so it was better, but not really good. They then called and came back with a different part which solved the problem.

Cooper Plumbing were incredibly helpful. Came over right away and diagnosed the problem. When Sears couldn't deliver the part they found a used one to tide us over. The nicest kindest people!!!

They could have better prices. The problem was the first hour and then they divide it afterwards. He was in my house for 15 minutes and I ended up paying for the whole hour. The quality of work was good. I had no problems with it. It took them a little while to come out.

The plumber arrived at my house at approximately 12:30pm on Monday August 8th. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 45 minutes, however as he was putting the tub handle back on he tightened the screws too tight and broke the handle. So then he had to take everything apart again and replace several parts since he had to replace our tub handle with a newer one. It took him another 45 minutes to put everything back together and leave. I was surprised to get my bill and see that I was charged for 2 hours of work, even though the last hour of work was because the plumber himself broke something. When I called the company and explained what happened I was told "it's tricky when working with water to know who is at fault and why the part broke" even though the plumber said out loud that he broke the part because it was plastic and he tightened it too much. The company offered to take $36.50 off the $236.50 bill, meaning that I only overpaid by $61.50. And a bill that should have been $138.50 actually cost me $200.00. I will never again go back to or recommend Cooper Plumbing because of this experience and will urge friends, family, and other duplex owners to choose another company when looking to fill plumbing needs.

The men were very professional. Work was done and the price was very fair.

The initial call and in-home consultation went well and was excited to get an estimate to preform the work. I never received any communication back after the initial in-home consultation even after I made two follow-up calls.

Called three or four water softener providers/installers. From the initial phone call through to the actual installation the Cooper people were the most knowledgeable and most helpful in discussing my needs. They explained their product thoroughly, selected a unit to meet my soft water usage, and installed it quickly and efficiently. They were on time, friendly, and stayed until they were sure I understood the new unit. Price was fair.

Did not show up. Did not call.

I contacted Cooper Plumbing to set up a service estimate. Brandon came out to my house to do the estimate. He was very courteous and laid-back. I didn't receive an amount when he came out; he said he would get back in touch with the amount the following week since he would be out of town. That in itself was fine with me, but then I never heard from him again. I followed up with a couple emails, but I never got a response. I had been leaning toward going with this provider but I was disappointed and surprised to have received no response after they'd already taken the trouble to come all the way out to my house.

They were great! They were in and out in an hour and a half. They did not even have a trip charge and the hourly rate was comparable to everyone else!

Fine. Work was done quickly. I didn't have to wait around, he showed up when promised.

Our home is 40 years old and the plumbing is showing its age. Some of our issues relate to a Bosch tankless water heater that was installed in 2005. It's been temperamental since we bought it and until we found Cooper Plumbing on Angie's List, we'd been unable to find a plumber (even those recommended by Bosch) who would work on it. Needless to say, we were pleased that Brandon Cooper was able to help us. Brandon and his colleagues Jake and Scott were prompt, efficient and courteous and obviously knew their stuff. Brandon arrived with his crew and then left them to work on our job while he took care of another project. Later, he returned to ensure that the job had been completed to our satisfaction. We highly recommend Cooper Plumbing and will definitely use this company in the future.

We had an experience with Cooper Plumbing. We called then they came and that was a very bad experience actually. He never called back with the estimate and how much. I called a couple of times. We had him over, it had been through weeks. He said we get back but he never got back. He was very nice, friendly and funny and I thought we're going to be great because he seems to be a nice guy but he never got back. I would not use this provider in the future.

They were working for a contractor but I think they showed up promptly and I just felt that they're work was good quality.

Although they have not work for me directly I am in the building trades and they were the plumbing contractor for several projects that we both have worked on. They are professional and polite with all of their customers and will take the time and effort to help customer achieve their goals and dreams on their project. We are planning to hire them to work on our home when we build or buy.

We noticed water pooling on top of our wood flooring. We had just recently started using the hose bib this spring so we knew that had to be the issue - cracked pipe due to the cold cold winter we just had. Called up Cooper Plumbing late Friday morning to come check it out and hopefully fix that same day. Brandon was able to get someone out to our house that afternoon! Jake was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue, no problem. Will definitely use them in the furture.

I think they are a very good company. I called to remind them that they needed to do that for me and they came right out. They are fast and efficient workers.

I had contacted the owner by phone on a Friday, after finding him on Angie's List. The problem was a broken outdoor faucet (not weather related). It connected to the plumbing inside the wall of an indoor closet. My only complaint was that he did not call back as promised on the following Monday morning, so I called him back and reminded him of our conversation. He sent a technician out immediately, who did a professional job, including cutting a neat hole in the drywall in the closet and extracting a dead mouse, as well as replacing the faucet. Overall, I was very pleased with the workmanship, and would recommend Cooper Plumbing to others.

He came to check out what needed to be done. Then ordered the part and returned when the part arrived. Then installed, with some difficulty since the old fixture was kind of frozen into place, so it took a while. It's now working well. And all of this done in a timely fashion, at a cost similar to only the trip charge other plumbers charge. I highly recommend him, but don't want him to become too busy---I want him available next time I need him!

I was very happy with their service, and would say they're a great company. They are reputable and dependable and give good service. They are reliable. They were on time and responsive when I called to set up the appointment. They didn't make me wait. They came right out as quickly as they could. I called yesterday and they were able to come today to fix the sink.

. Prior to the installation, Cooper's was very informative providing helpful and needed details about buying and putting in a hot water heater. Their knowledge and professionalism made us feel like we had made a well informed decision. The two workmen were punctual, skilled and provided helpful information and instructions about the new hot water heater. They answered all our questions, and were conscientious in cleaning up the work area after they finished their work.
