Description of Work: Very responsive, came right out and diagnosed the problem and got the vendor to replace an out of warranty part on my water heater.

Description of Work: Replaced one faucet. Fixed slow moving drain. Repaired broken pipe outside. Repacked fauceet in basement sink. They are always great. We have used them many times.

Description of Work: We hired Cooper to do plumbing for our kitchen renovation. They were responsive to the many changes in our schedule. During the teardown, however, he informed me that he wouldn't remove the disposal unit because it was rusted. So I had to have someone else do that, even though I had included it in the contract. I should have pressed the issue. On the other hand, during the kitchen project our toilet developed a leak. Cooper responded to our call within hours to repair the leak.

Description of Work: All work was done professionally and quickly, installing the right parts and not cutting corners. Why hire a handyman for plumbing when you can hire a master plumber for the same or less? These guys know exactly what to do when things don't go 100% according to plan, unlike the handyman. I would never use any one else for my plumbing work.

Description of Work: We had troubles getting a hold of our previous plumber. Cooper answered the phone right away and scheduled the appointment quickly. The ordered the needed part and called us as soon as it arrived. The installed the part and performed some routine maintenance on our tankless water heater. Great work, friendly and professional. Recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: We had a fantastic experience with Cooper Plumbing and feel really good about finally finding "our" plumber. Brandon responded to my call and came out to my house with an hour's notice. He fixed the issue with the water heater and we were so grateful to not have to replace it yet! He also did some education on when and why to replace v. repair. He was courteous and friendly. We highly recommend Cooper Plumbing.

Description of Work: They came to look at the house and the jobs I needed done. Said they would get back to me in a couple of days with info/estimates. Haven't heard from them again, after three weeks.

Description of Work: I had a leaky outdoor faucet. They sent someone out the next day to fix it. The person I talked to on the phone was very nice and so was the person who came and did the work.

Description of Work: Installed tankless water heater and soft water system. Because I am a handyman (somewhat), you could save some of the labor cost if you do some of the prep work the day before they come. But knowing what they prefer is the difficult part, so if you're not sure, leave the whole procedure to them!

Description of Work: Called and left a message that I was without hot water and needed a water heater ASAP. Never heard from them.

Description of Work: My gas water heater was not igniting. They were able to make some minor adjustments/cleaning to the flame sensor to get it to start working again. It's been a few months and I have had no further issues.
