Description of Work: Bethke performed a furnace inspection for us. Although the furnace was performing fine, they were aware of a safety issue with our model and confirmed it did exist for our furnace. They showed me the issue and I saw it for myself. |Another inspector who checked out the furnace previously had never mentioned this issue, which shows Bethke's expertise and professionalism. | |Unfortunately since this was a safety issue, our furnace had to be shut off and replaced. Not an ideal situation since it was winter. Bethke was very responsive - the sales rep showed up within 15 minutes and provided an estimate. The estimate price was fair (same range as a friend who had replaced his furnace a few months earlier); the nice touch was that the rep waived the inspection and test fee of the old furnace. I made the purchase and Bethke was able to start work immediately. Apparently a different job was postponed so they even sent a second team and the installation was fully complete by the end of the day. | |All the representatives and service people were professional and very personable (the latter was very noticeable). While not an expert, I thought their work looked good - the ducts and pipes looked clean and organized.

Description of Work: Betake installed a new air conditioner. They promptly came by for an estimate. The installation went off as promised with no hitches. We also need some work on ducts and vents and there they have been somewhat less responsive, but we are happy overall.

Description of Work: Removed old furnace and air conditioner and installed and tested new ones. Swapped out thermostat. Cleaned up after themselves beautifully--not one thing I had to do. Responded to first trouble call right away and on time. Returned the next day and did ensuing work efficiently and professionally. I am having them clean all air ducts as well and I fully expect another good experience. I will definitely call them again at the first sign of trouble or for any maintenance.

Description of Work: Bethke came out and fixed/replaced our humidifier attached to the furnace. The technicians as well as the rest of the staff were super helpful, polite, and professional. The technicians explained everything they were doing and were very friendly. I would highly recommend use Bethke and will definitely use them in the future.

Description of Work: I had another company come and give me an outrageous estimate for a misdiagnosed problem with an in-floor heating system. Bethke came out and correctly diagnosed the problem and handled it for thousands less! They did a great job!

Description of Work: Annual gas furnace maintenance, tune up. Inspected all items related to the furnace, cleaned the burner, condensate hoses, drain trap and flame sensor. Replaced the air filter. Very polite and explained all the work preformed. No problems found to my delight.
