"Always late or never turned up, he gave every excuse under the sun. Workmanship was very poor, he always left a mess that we ended up cleaning up afterwards. Still not finished the job after 4 months and we ended up hiring someone else to finish and redo the poor remodel and trim."

"Needed my hot tub repaired. Tech was very polite and solved the problem. The problem is when I got the bill they overcharged me 1 hour in tech time. I have video proof of when the tech arrived and left, but they refused to adjust their bill. Additionally, the repair part is available from multiple sources on the Internet for $170, but they charged me $218, a 28% markup. I will find a different plumber for future work."
