Excellent from the call to the company to the end. It is difficult to find a service company that you can work well with. I chose Stratford Plumbing and Heating from the phonebook as it was a local business. The woman who answered my phone call answered with a smile in her voice and was very personable and helpful. When the servicemen, one being Mr. Zenner, came to fix my faucet, they were very friendly and professional. He fixed my problem quickly and explained what the cause was. Sometimes I have found service people to be somewhat condescending, however talking to him was like talking to a friend, I had been a HR manager at one time, and I trained the concept of excellent customer service to many people. This company would pass my training with an A+. I feel that I can trust them, and will call them again.
