They look great and seem to work. I could hear the melting snow running in them the few warm days we've had. Both the estimator and installers were prompt and answered any questions I had.

Guttersmith's did a wonderful job, on-time and at a reasonable cost. The owner is a young, energetic, customer-centric individual. Great organization.

Took them a while to do the work. There were some scheduling snafus but once the work was completed I had no issues.

It was good. I thought it would end up at about $1,000 but it somehow ended up to be $2,300, so they charged me an extra $1,050. It was more than double. After they left, there were pieces of screens and gutters in my yard. They put their advertisement sign on our ground. They said they would come and pick it up but it’s still there.

I had a new roof and some gutters put on my house in Sept 2013. The old roof was completely disintegrating and the time had come. While the sq. footage is modest (footprint about 1500 with attached garage) the roof has a flat section over the entry, 3 hips and three valleys (it's not a simple rectangle or L-shaped house). I needed the area over the flat section built up to allow room for some insulation and to meet the roof-line of the rest of the house and was having difficulty finding a vendor that would do the roof, the gutters and this carpentry. I contacted John from Guttersmith's and he met me that day to look over the project. John spent plenty of time with me considering the options and coming up with a plan. The bid was comparable with that of others received but also provided a solution for the carpentry work. The work was done over the course of a few days as agreed upon. Rot was discovered in some of the aforementioned entry area and the bad wood was removed and replaced at no additional expense to me. My plan was to not gutter the whole house as the roof line is cut out a fair bit and some areas did not seem important for drainage etc. After the first couple of rains I decided I needed some additional coverage and John's team came out the day after I contacted them and put in another section, again at no additional expense to me, it was just important to John that I was satisfied with the final job. The work used GAF architectural shingles, involved installing ridge vents, replacing chimney flashing, replacing fan vents and the plumbing jacks, two courses of ice and water all the way around and up the valleys, replacing the rubber flat roof, building up the flat area (16 sq ft area)) putting in foam board insulation and a broad steel flashing in addition to ice and water at the union of the sloped and flat roof area. Post project cleanup could use some improvement, I managed to find many nails and such that had escaped containment so to speak, but I think if one were to emphasize it John would be sure to take care of it. I was happy with the work and would use Guttersmith's again.

Work was done when promised and the installers did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. This is the first fall since the screens were installed and they seem to be keeping the small locust tree leaves out. The promised downspout extensions did not get installed and I had to email the company to remind them. They promptly delivered them. The extensions were not screwed to the downspouts so they come off once in a while. I have not called the company to fix this...it was a detail I assumed but did not ask about as I thought professional gutter people would have a certain standard for installation. Two of the upper downspouts from the level above the work they did, are not connected into the lower gutter quite right so now the water splashes off in a heavy rain. This is a problem but it's not clear that their work had anything to do to cause this and it's not easy to test gutters during installation since it's done in good weather. Overall, I thought they did a good job. They also gave me a quote to replace all the gutters...seemed expensive for gutters but, I've not compared. My neighbors had them install all new gutters and had them come back a few times to tweak some of the installation after leaks during heave rains.

Worked very quickly. Everything went well. The gutters continue to work well for us.

Estimate was done in early June and the work is getting finished in September. This was not a big problem. There were some problems with coordination between Guttersmiths and the electrical contractor that took some work to straighten out, but that was eventually resolved to my satisfaction.

Overall they were excellent. It was a very good service. The only thing that bothered me was when the man came in to give me the estimate and the man threw in 2000 worth of gutter replacement which wasn't needed. The man said the only way I could get the 5% Angie's list discount is if I did all of the unnecessary work.

John came out and estimated the job, and informed me in advance that the work would exceed the coupon amount somewhat due to the footage of my gutters, he answered all my questions and I was very happy with the estimate. I told him I was in no big rush, so a week or so later he called me and said they could do the gutter system today, which was fine with me. It was waaay hot out but the guys did a great job, I asked if they could estimate another roofing job I might want done in the future and they were happy to take a few minutes to do so. True, the job went over the coupon cost, but I read the deal on the coupon and expected it would, so no surprises. I would highly recommend them to others!

Excellent, could not be happier. John and his colleagues were skilled, prompt, communicative, and efficient. We will contact guttersmiths for our future roofing and gutter needs!

Mike from Guttersmiths met with my husband and I to determine what gutters needed to be replaced and or repaired. We also wanted to have leaf guards installed. He was with us for quite awhile. He said he would have an estimate for us within a couple of days. A week later I called Mike, and asked if he had an estimate for us, and his reply was Hes been awfully busy because of the weather (rain) and would have an estimate for me within a couple of days. Two weeks have gone by and no estimate. I called Mike and left a message that if we didn't receive an estimate or a return call, we would talk to another company. We have not heard from him, and would never recommend him or his company . I would rank his customer service in the very poor range.

I scheduled the service, they came, and it was completed in a few hours. I waitied to see how they worked and they worked well through the storms and birch tree seasons.

I was very happy with Guttersmiths work and their products. We have a bigger than usual house, so the cost was fair. He is OCD, obsessed with quality work. This is a good thing! He designed the unit and was careful to see what I needed. All the guys who worked on it were really responsible and careful, which I hadn't expected. When something changed, they did it right away and went to the extra effort to do it. I am sure they will come back and to anything further that I need doing. He is probably marginally more expensive than other people, but I think it's because the product that he chooses is a little more expensive. So he is most likely to be on the higher side as far as cost goes.

A few delays from the first anticipated date of work , but within a week they showed up and completed the work.

The only problem was that they guy they sent didn't know that I had purchased and prepaid for their services via Angie's List so he tried to bill me. If it would have been someone else at home, we might possibly have written a check. When I told him we had the Angie's List deal, there was no problem.

The work work done in a timely fashion and at the price quoted. They did a little extra work to ensure my gutters were attached properly to the roof as well. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

They did a great job, were very prompt with scheduling the service, were very polite. We will hire them again.

The gutter and fascia came down on one side of the house due to ice dam and rotted rafter ends. Guttersmiths came out and gave me an estimate right away. I received one other bid. Guttersmith's was the low bid and they promised to do the work more quickly than the other bidder, so I accepted Guttersmith's bid. They completed the job by the end of that week, as promised. Their work was expertly done. Their worker was courteous and professional. The rafter ends were repaired/reinforced; new gutter and fascia were installed securely. All work was completed per their estimate and on time. I was very pleased.

Guttersmiths Roofing and Sheet Metal, Co. did a good job. I had a couple of leaks in our gutters and they were letting water through. Guttersmiths came by and did some metal and sealed some stuff up. When I put the Christmas lights up I took a look at what they'd done and it looked like good work. They're not leaking.

They did a great job. They were good at cleaning up after work. Everything went great.

He called me back the same day and came out the next day. He provided a written estimate right away. I went with him and he had the job done within three or four days. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. They had an issue with leaking but he came out the next day and fixed it. I would recommend him.

John has a great customer service and very successful. He did an efficient job. He did a good job. There is nothing I disliked.

,Very well... The initial call back was quick, I had a quote within a day or two, haggled a bit and had a date set up for two weeks forward. The crew worked around some obstacles and unexpected surprises (like angry squirels), and did a nice looking and effective job.
