Cardinal was very professional. From the call center to the technicians, everything was done correctly and promptly. I never felt like they were trying to pull anything shady, and they only fixed what needed to be fixed. They got out to see me within hours of my call and showed up right when they said would. I signed up for their annusl maintenance plan to keep my furnace and AC running smoothly. It was a good deal.

We started having trouble with the floor drain backing up and it was pretty obvious that there was something slowing flow from the main line of the house. I called Cardinal on a Tuesday evening and they set me up with an inspection for noon by the next day. They were running ahead of schedule, so they contacted me to see whether I would be ready an hour earlier. I was, so their service man Robert Welch can out very promptly, helped identify the location of the cleanout for the main line, and got to work. He ended up chiseling out the cap which had never been opened for the life of the house. He was able to clean out some minor tree root growth from the line, inspect the line with a scope, and guarantee the work in about 3 hours. He was careful to clean up from all of his work and was very polite during the visit. When all was said and done, I had a working sewer line within 24 hours of my phone call. I am happy to recommend Robert and Cardinal to others for quick drain cleaning service.

The scheduler/dispatcher was attentive and courteous. She also provided a text update regarding the arrival of the service tech, Robert Welch. Robert diagnosed a partially frozen but mainly clogged pipe and expertly fixed the issue. He also offered helpful advice on how to prevent clogging and freezing in the future. When a leak appeared in the pipe the next day, Robert came out on the coldest day of the year to solve the problem. He is a dedicated professional who is serious about customer service. I highly recommend Robert and Cardinal.

Cardinal was fast on giving me a bid and compared to three other HVAC contractors that also gave bids they came in with the best offer. Installation went well and the installers were professional and even laid drop cloths to decrease any mess, as well as cleaning floors at the end of the job. The lead worker explained and demonstrated features of the system. I would use them again when needed.

They do their work on an early contract. I think the price is reasonable. Overall, our heating and air conditioning works fine. But we have had an ongoing problem for quite a few years. There seems to be something leaking in the back of the air conditioning unit. It seems to leak out and make a mess. They don't seem to really ever get it cleaned up. It kinda corroded the back of our unit. They have never really addressed that. Other than that, airwise it seems like it is doing its job. We have a large house and it is well heated and cooled for the most part.

They did a fine job, nothing special.

The repair person fixed the issue by changing the drain hoses. Previously, the unit had used a single drain hose where two would have been more appropriate. Adding a second hose and replacing the first hose eliminated the drain issues. He also did a good job explaining everything that he did.

They came out about six months ago.

The repairman was quick to respond and very courteous inside the house - including wearing booties throughout the repair. He was able to determine where the leak was coming from and give a few reasons why this may be happening as well as a way to fix it. He was able to fix it at a reasonable price. He also gave us estimates for a new furnace that we will likely need sooner than later (system is 30+ years old). However, he was able to keep our furnace working a bit longer.

Our condo recommends them. They are excellent.

Let's put it this way, we're in this house for 22 years, and you see by this time, people are replacing their furnaces. We still have the original furnace because we maintain it. We would give Cardinal Heating & A/C Inc an A, no matter what. No matter what year is that. They're reliable, they're a family-owned company and they treat their customers right and if you have a problem, they're right there to help you with it.

We have a service agreement with Cardinal Heating & A/C. Cardinal Heating & A/C put our furnaces when we built our house and we're very satisfied with them. We've been using them for the last 22 years. And if we ever need our furnace replaced, it will be them who will be doing it. They've been maintaining our furnaces in the last three houses we've had. In 30 years, we've had business with them and we're not changing.

The service tech called about 25 minutes before he arrived, as promised. He quickly determined that the blower motor needed to be replaced. It took less than an hour before we had heat again. The labor charge was only $95 for a same-day service call.

They came on a Saturday. My interaction with them was good. The work turned out excellent. They were very good.
