Description of Work: We used A-1 a few months ago to clean the carpet at my mother in law's condo The carpet had not been cleaned professionally in some time and it turned out very nice. We had A-1 come to our house recently to do the same - with two dogs tracking dirt and mulch into the house and our normal foot traffic, it was time for a good cleaning. We can't tell you how impressed and happy we are with the outcome. We have a medium-to- light color of carpet, and we have two traffic areas that we could never really get clean. We've tried spot cleaning, cleaning with our own shampoo-er and have had other cleaning companies try but these spots never went away. We don't know what A-1 used but the spots are now completely gone! The entire carpet looks bright and clean, and its very soft to the touch. My husband and I notice a wonderful fresh smell when we enter the room - not over powering, just a nice light scent. We were on the verge of replacing our carpet, but now that we've found someone who really knows how to clean a carpet, we won't have to go to that extreme (and expense). We highly recommend A-1.

Description of Work: Cleaned and sealed the light grey grout in my kitchen. Did a very nice job. It looked new when complete. The only issue really was scheduling, they had to reschedule the initial appointment but were able to move it to the following day.
