After having my son and his family(wife, three kids ages 2 to 5 years old and their dog) live with us for eight months, it was time to clean the whole house when they moved into their own home. A-1 Quality Steam sent two men. They were friendly, conscientious and thorough in doing their job. One office was particularly soiled. Taking time to use a special soil remover and running their sprayer over the difficult areas twice, it now looks great. Hopefully I can keep it that way. All the areas of the house are clean and fresh. No dog hair, stains, etc. As empty-nesters, my wife and I are back to normal. Cost: $290 plus tax.

A-1 was very professional and thorough. We had several add-ones to the promoted deal and we were offered a fair price for the rest.

I wasn't happy with them. They just didn't do a very good job. The carpet wasn't that clean when they finished. They did it in the winter and it was just a hassle with the door being open. I understand they can't really control that in the winter. I wasn't there, I had a friend stay there because I had to work. I think they need to just do better with their cleaning. I don't know how they do that because I don't know that end of the business.

My experience was not very good, but I do have to take some responsibility for that because I did not read the fine print. They were coming to caulk the shower. It was two guys. They came in and they were just going to start putting caulk over the existing caulking. I expected the caulking job that you remove the old stuff and you put in new. They said that it was fine just doing that and they told me that I should have read the fine print that they use white color unless we provide them a different color. So, we just said no thanks and goodbye. I cancelled the job when I saw the quality of what should happen.

The day I called for an appointment, Alex and Jacob showed up to do the work. The vent was cleaned and ready to go in about a half hour. Great service and friendly crew.

They did a great job and went above and beyond to clean carpet stains in couple other areas.

It went fantastic. I made the appointment. Gave me an approximately time of arrival. Alex called as he was on his way so I knew he was coming and his schedule. It was on time. He worked very hard and did a stain treatment which he let sit for a while. Then followed up with the pre-treatment of the carpet. Followed by the cleaning and then followed by a enzyme application to hopefully prevent the dogs from having an accident there again. It turned out fantastic. I did not think he would get the stains out but he did. I was very pleased.

It was not so great. I thought they were going to put some sort of filler on it but they obviously didn't because the grout had gotten dirty again so I was not impressed. The man just told my husband that he could basically buy the solution from a store and that he didn't really need their services. I wasn't happy with the work when I got home. Our expectations were higher than what we received. They came when they said they would.

On time. Efficient. Professional and pleasant. would definitely use them again.

First off, they rescheduled one appointment because it was too cold and they didn't want their trucks to freeze with their steam equipment. That made complete sense to me (it was well below freezing that day), but then when they rescheduled and the service guy came, he just had a bucket and a couple of bottles of spray cleaners. No steam equipment was used in my cleaning whatsoever. The provider spent less than an hour here, and all he did was spray the walk-in shower with his "professional" cleaning spray and then scrub it. There was ZERO sealing whatsoever, nor any intention to do so - he walked in with a bucket and a bottle of cleaning spray. Not worth $99 by a long shot, let alone $200. F-1 Quality.

Spent just about one hour cleaning . The tiles and the grout looked slightly better, No sealing was done. I was expecting a lot more cleaning and may be some sealing.

Owner was very prompt in scheduling my appointment. Showed up as promised, and completed the job in a timely manner.

IT DIDN'T GO BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T SHOW

The process was great. They showed up on time and were done within about 2 hours. I had my vents cleaned about 5 years ago but because I have pets decided to do it again. Have to say I'm really glad I did. It seems the company that did them the last time didn't do the greatest job. A-1 found toys and other items still in my vents that have been there since I moved in. How do I know? Well, I don't have any children and I know they weren't my toys. Purchased the service through an Angie's list special
