They were fine, polite and pleasant. They did a nice job and the price was reasonable.

it didn't go well. after letting it dry 24-36 hours the carpet felt sticky. then over the next 3-4 days the carpet got dingy looking from regular traffic. we then used our home carpet cleaning machine with hot water only in it and the amount of dirt was if the carpets were never cleaned. the sticky feeling went away after we let it dry. I contacted A-1 and explained the situation. that maybe the machine was faulty and wasn't sucking up the dirt. i then asked if we could work out a partial or full refund. i got no response from the company at all.

The two men arrived on time and were very professional. Without fishing a remote camera through the dryer vent it's difficult to know how thorough a job was done, but the dryer was clearly more efficient after the cleaning than it was before the cleaning.

Very well. They came the day after I called. Very friendly, good service, cleaned up everything afterwards.

It went fine. They came back to re-do some spots but were very willing to make it right.

technician arrived 40 minutes past the agreed-upon window of time to perform the service. owner charged me $30 above and beyond what I paid for the deal because technician climbed a ladder, without notifying me of extra charge before hand, and without extra charge being listed on the deal. would NOT recommend.

It went very well. They were professional & did a good job

This is the 4th time we've used A-1 Steam to clean our carpet, and the first time we've had them clean our couch and chair. They've always done a superb job on our carpet - we have one high-traffic area that regularly builds up a very stubborn stain and they are the only cleaner that's been able to get it out. After our first cleaning, our carpet was noticeably softer and the fresh smell lasted for several days. We decided to clean our furniture this time because, shame on us, we haven't had it professionally cleaned since we bought it. I overheard Lance, the owner, instructing his assistant in the fine points of cleaning the furniture. I was impressed by the way Lance treated him. Maybe his assistant was a newer employee but he was very professionally given all the details of how to clean different areas of the furniture and why it should be done that way. They made a great team, and made our living room look so very nice. They also moved our coffee table back into the room for us, which we didn't expect. They were very careful and asked exactly where we would like it placed. They called us that morning to ask if they could arrive a little early because they had a full day ahead. That was no problem with us, and we appreciated the phone call. As they were cleaning, they offered us some additional treatments. It was a very soft sell and we thought the charges were quite reasonable, so we agreed to all of them and are happy that we did. They were diligent in their work and didn't rush through the job. We very much felt that we got our money's worth. If you're looking for a company to do a thorough and professional cleaning job, we highly recommend A Quality Steam.

We didn't know what to expect but all in all very polite and on time. I believe my vent is cleaner than it was.

Very well. Lance was training a new employee so the attention to detail was amazing. My only query was the price for the dryer vent, @99 when I paid close to same amount for three rooms of carpet cleaning @119. Seems like the dryer vent was a tad high.

Our carpets turned out great and the stains are gone. I will definitely seek his services in the future!

He wasn't actually that happy about where I lived, but I gave him a little extra cash for him coming all the way out here. What he did was really good.

Light-colored carpet with 8 years worth of traffic and who-knows-what-else stains from the previous owners. The technician spent extra time and made adjustments to his equipment to get the best result. After cautioning that the results may not be "perfect" with such a bad starting point, we were very happy with the final look.

Very punctual, called first to let me know they were on their way. Got right to work. In and out fairly fast. Furniture looked great.

Because the services needed were different than his special offer I called to get a price. He called me back that night and he gave me a price to do the items I needed. I thought because he had a good reputation on Angie's List I would try him. He was not my normal carpet cleaner. He called 15 minutes after the scheduled time he was to be at our house and was late. I told Lance on the phone the three items that weren't going to be moved from the bedroom carpet area and that he would be doing basically the walking path; the area around these items. He got to the house and my husband was home and my husband reminded him about doing in front of our bay window and he said that I did not indicate that on the phone call which was incorrect. He said it didn't need to be done. He had no knowledge of the one year water leak we had that dripped in that area; despite that I shouldn't have to explain those things to the serviceman. He cleaned the two area rugs directly over our finished hardwood oak floor with no barrier or protection. I was floored when I came home and saw that. Additionally the kitchen rug that was to have been cleaned still had spots throughout the rug after he spot and steam cleaned it. Additionally, he moved a 100 year old antique wood chair back onto a wet carpet and put no protective barriers between the wood and the wet carpet. He was very unprofessional on the telephone and accused my husband of a multitude of different things. He did offer to come back and clean the area by the bay window and reclean the kitchen carpet but I could not bring him back into my home after the telephone conversations.

The cleaning went well and the gentleman that came to my home was professional and punctual. The only down side was it took a couple of days for my upholstery to completely dry to where we could sit on it again.

The cleaning went well. When I bought the special through Angie's List, I was asked to list preferred dates and times for the service. I thought the cleaners would contact me, but after the desired dates went by, I called them. They did have to do a same day cancellation and rescheduling once. The service seemed pretty good, but I haven't really looked into the ducts to see the real quality.

Showed up on time and got right to work. He cleaned the our carpeted stairs and did not charge extra. He was unable to get out a stain but told us what we try to get the stain out which was very helpful.

Very good, in and out in no time - could see a visible difference right away.

They were a no-show, and there was no follow up communication as to the lack of professionalism.

Veiry professional. Did great job. We were a bit surprised that because one room was larger than normal we were charged an extra $30,, even though we were under the 1000 sq. ft. maximum. But still a good value.

A-1 did a great job cleaning our carpet. They were on time and did a great job.

It was acceptable, nothing out of the ordinary.
