A-1 Quality Steam

A-1 cleaned 5 rooms of carpet for us and did a good job. They actually arrived early,(after a call to see if that would work for us) worked hard and left a new happy customer.

All 2nd floor, stairs and main floor rooms. Removed all stains, paint stains and the carpet looks new again.

It was great. Lance, and the other representive were so nice, and they did exactly what they said they would do. They did an excellent job with cleaning the carpets. They were on time and gave me a courtesy call before arriving. They were just very honest nice people and I would use them again and I'd also highly recommend them.

It went very well. Two people arrived on time to do the job. It took approximately 30 minutes. The carpeting looks good!

They cleaned my carpets beautifully. I also had them clean an area rug as well. I had them put a protectant down to help w/ spills, etc. Overall they did a good job. My carpets feel new again.

They did a good job on carpets I have them a B because it didn't look like they cleaned between couches and wall in basement. There was dust on carpet behind. I would call them again but do a walk through before they leave.

Lance and his colleague from A-1 Quality Steam Carpet came to our house to inspect our air ducts. We didn't have any cleaning done due to the age of the air vents/furnace system, but Lance was very honest about what he could do or not do, something greatly appreciated.

Outstanding job. Kept me informed of costs and any stains found. He ensured that I was aware any stains he found. He kept me informed of what he had done to remove stains and what I can do to keep the carpet in good condition following the cleaning. He was clear about the outcomes that could be achieved. He made sure that I wanted to continue the service when he determined that the grout couldn't be restored to original white in all areas.

The work they did turned out very good. There was nothing that was bad. I did not spend more than the big deal I purchased, and they came out a week later after I purchased the big deal.

Provider left message, stating they do not service our area. Yet, their listing on Angie's List specifically states that the service area is "Entire Area." Waukesha County is part of the metro area, so this should be clarified before allowing people to purchase. Their website also states "We service the Milwaukee Metro area." They should further clarify which towns/cities in Metro Milwaukee that they won't service.

I am sending this review about two months later so I don't remember a lot of detail except that I was very pleased. The owner took a hand's on approach and really came through for me on a short notice. I will definitely use them again. Their pricing was fair and the service was great.

We needed a "selling the house" carpet cleaning - they did a great job w/our pretty awful carpets. Lots of ground-in dirt w/a very light color. Would hire again!

We like them and we are having them back again on Monday.

The carpet and upholstery were cleaned very well, but the rest of the interior was not done. Side pockets in doors were not even touched. Windows were not cleaned. Because the car was badly in need of cleaning, I gave a large tip at the end because I thought it probably had required extra work. I didn't actually look at it until after they had left and then felt that I had wasted a lot of money.

Professional cleaner. On time. reasonable cost.

The deal cost about $250 for the first 12 vents, and $15 per vent, under the deal, for the rest. That seemed like a reasonable costs for the specialized equipment required and the time spent. The process took about two hours of work for two people. There had been some confusion about the appointment, perhaps because I had booked it rather far in advance, but they adjusted their schedule quickly to accommodate us on the same day we had originally planned. They worked very quickly and effectively.. Although the process requires long extension cords and tubes to remove the dust, they carefully worked around our furniture and household items. The quality of the work was excellent, from the cleanness of the vents to the replacement of the vent covers to the removal of their equipment.

The service went well. You could see a noticeable difference after the couches were cleaned.

Chose an Angie's List Deal offered for cleaning three areas of carpeting. We have had several pets over the years and our aging dog had frequently urinated in the area where I had the catbox. There were visible stains on the cream-colored berber carpet, and a noticeable odor when the humidity was high. I had cleaned the carpets several times and used enzymatic treatments with my home steam cleaner in the past. Since the Angie's list deal came at the right time (pets have all gone to heaven now), I decided to let someone else do the work. Alex and Lance (owner) arrived on time and worked efficiently to clean the areas. Lance did explain up front that he would have to charge me $37 over the price of the Angie's List Deal ($111.00) for the deodorizer and neutralizer they used in the affected ares. I am very pleased with the service and will certainly ask them back out when I have other carpet cleaning to be done.

Great. Very pleasant and worked steady. I was very pleased with the carpet. We had a poor connection on his phone when I called to make the appointment and he didn't hear the address correctly, but he was only two doors down when he called and it didn't turn out to be a problem.

The team showed up just a few minutes later than expected. After that, the job was awesome. They were very efficient, noting problem areas and letting me know what was going on. Everything is looking great.

They showed up on time and very quickly got set up and proceeded to clean the carpets. I was not expecting all the stains my kids managed to create in the couple months since the last cleaning to actually come out. Well, once again A1 amazed me and had our carpets looking wonderful. We had guests over a few days later and nobody had a clue how bad the carpets had looked.
