We really adjusted it in the last minute. It was fine. It was a little challenging with them. The work was fine.

They did an excellent job. The carpeting in the upstairs living area looked almost new, despite the fact it was 20+ years old.

They did a very nice job. I had no problems. They were punctual. They did a good job. They were polite.

They came within a couple of days of purchase, and did the job was done quicky & thoroughly. The techs were very clean.

I called to schedule the appointment for the Big Deal they asked approximately how many vents I had. I guessed and told them 22 but I ended up having 27. At no time she tell me that there would be an extra charge for the additional vents and or how much. When the they came out today I was charged and additional $255 on top of the $199 I already paid. The service man asked to see the coupon and still said nothing about paying extra for the additional vents.

Did not move the dinning room table although it was on wheels! Minimal interaction. Maybe I should have stayed near them!

I was moving and I wanted to have the carpet cleaned so I purchased the deal. The price was okay and the work was fine.

Everything was well done and efficient; everyone was on time and they did a good job.

It went pretty good. It was pretty quick and timely. They just did their thing and they were somewhat in and out. They were professional.

Carpet looks good. I discovered a loose leg on dining chair when removing the plastic later. They did not think they damaged it but they did repair it for me.

I think they were okay, I don't know that they were fantastic. I thought their price was a little high. They came and did what they were supposed to do and they came on time, I would have liked that the vents would have been a little bit cleaner and it seemed like they were just working a little too fast. But overall, I think it was fine. I would probably give them a second chance.

They were on-time, very professional and worked steadily from start to finish. A little pricier than anticipated -- but well done. I am very happy with my clean chairs and carpets!

It went great. We had them focus on the traffic areas through the house. They were quick and efficient. They did exactly what they were asked to do. They were friendly. We are satisfied with the job they did. We would recommend their services.

The workers were fast and efficient. The carpets look good. My only complaint is that the carpet remained damp for days, especially on the stairs. They told me it would be completely dry in 3 hours. Given that it is dry in the house with the heat on, I would only schedule them again in the winter months. It might take an even longer time to dry in the summer.

Had a couple more rooms done that day and paid them.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went fine. There was nothing extra special, wonderful or great to report but it was good service. I think that he did something on a stain in a room we haven't cleaned and I think it was kind of complimentary and we appreciated that. It was something that only took probably 4 minutes but that was nice. That stood out in my mind. We actually had them do another room which may have been an additional $50 or $75. Regarding punctuality, I think they were late.

Provider honored a coupon purchased on Angie's List even though it was expired by the time I could reach him to schedule the appointment. The scheduling for that day was mixed up and he only came after I called and asked why he was late. Provider offered a discount on the service or a free stain treatment as an apology. Cleaning was very thorough with both pre-treatment and steam cleaning. Provider moved all furniture that I couldn't and put it either on plastic slips or up on foam blocks while the carpets dried. Carpets took a long time to dry, but looked much better after the cleaning. Will definitely hire again.

They called before they arrived, were very professional and we were pleased with the results. The dogs didn't even bark at them which was a first!!

They were on time, quick and efficient. I would use them again.

Cleaned the air ducts. Everything went very well.

The Lance (owner) and associate came within the time period noted previously. I identified the areas that were to be cleaned and asked a couple of questions. The answers were satisfactory and they proceeded to clean the carpets. My wife and I had previously removed 98% of the furniture, As they proceeded they informed me of the on going results. The carpets looked great when completed. The job was completed in about an hour.

They were prompt, attentive to their work and were able to make our carpets look fresh and new again. Great local company. Please use them if you want a job well done!
