I purchased a Big Deal for $149 which included light furniture moving, deodorizing, sanitizing/protecting and cleaning. They would have arrived on time except they had an incorrect street number. Once they started cleaning I asked if they were also deodorizing and protecting. The owner informed me that no, that did not come with the $99 cleaning. But, he could include it for an additional $25. I told him I had paid $149. Then he asked to see my order. When he left, he asked for my copy of the order but I wanted it for my files so I said no. Had I not inquired about the extra services they would not have been included in the cleaning. The helper was friendly, professional and explained the processes to me. The owner disappointed me in that he did not come prepared to perform the service that I had paid for.

I've emailed and called the company numerous times in the four weeks following our Big Deal purchase. While the service provider's tone was friendly, his words were sharp. He clearly stated (twice) it's not his fault he had not received my messages. I told the provider that I am expecting our third child any day and needed service done ASAP. He offered to come out next day (no specific time, as he was unable to provide one), and made it very clear that they are busy. Because of his lack of professionalism and overall severe lack of customer service, I declined and simply stated I would like our purchase refunded. His response was to do the refund - "I don't make any money on it anyways." It gets better! The provider asked that when I leave a review to be fully honest. He stated, "Do not slander my name and make sure to say that I have been fully accommodating." I'd like to reiterate: his tone was friendly, but his words were not. I was very offended by his brashness and, as stated previously, complete lack of customer service. We used this company six months ago for our air duct cleaning. There was nothing particularly outstanding about the service, but it wasn't terrible. I can say, with absolute certainty, that we will not be using their services again. (Not that it would matter, since they're so busy anyways!)

The process was very smooth from start to finish. I was promptly contacted after purchasing an Angie's List coupon and we set a mutual service date. I needed to change the date and it was no problem. The service providers came when they said they would,. moved some furniture pieces and got to work cleaning the carpets. I asked about cleaning additional rooms above and beyond the coupon and adding fabric guard and was immediately given a very fair quote, so I asked them to do the work. They were very neat, polite and helpful. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

There were no troubles with scheduling. I paid an additional $20 for what they explained was an extra area not covered through the deal. The job didn’t take long and they were able to complete the work within an a hour and a half. There was an area downstairs where the people who lived here before had a rusty file cabinet. There was a lot of rust in the carpet and they got it all out. There weren’t any troubles. Everything went well.

I was generally pleased with the service. They cleaned under the bed and I don't think they charged me for the stairs. My only complaint would be that a few things could have been moved to clean under. One was a computer mat in the closet, but I'm sure they would have cleaned under if I had picked it up. As with any service, the simpler you make it, the more that gets done.

It went pretty well. They were not on time by about an hour, but they did call (which I appreciated). The end result was pretty good, and I'd likely use them again.

I had no issues with them. We scheduled and they came to clean the area rug. They came at a later time to do the carpet cleaning.

The providers called to tell us they were behind schedule, due to weather/traffic, which we appreciated. When they arrived they were very courteous and worked quickly. All the air ducts were cleared and they did a good job of cleaning up. We do notice an improvement in airflow in our house now.

Rugs felt stiff after cleaning and only later did I notice an area where the carpet was buckled.
