A-1 Quality Steam

The service was fine. I scheduled it, for a couple of reasons, late in October. I set up an appointment with them for the air duct cleaning. There were no extra charges to the $199 Big Deal. They just come in and get the job done. They do good quality work.

Everything went very good. They were professional and did everything we expected.

Provider initially had to be called at scheduled time of service and stated he forgot appt but came right out after that and did a great job

My carpet looked beautiful and I would definitely call them again!

It went well. They arrived on time, were very pleasant, made a helpful suggestion regarding an overlaid area carpet, did a thorough job cleaning the carpet and left everything in good order.

He showed up on time and did good work.

The team of two guys called a couple of times prior to arrival to keep me updated. They arrived within the scheduled timeframe. One assessed the property (number of vents) while the other got the equipment ready. They quickly performed the job at hand, while giving care to make sure my cats weren't bothered too much ;) Thanks for a great job!

They did an exceptional job as two areas were in dire need of a deep cleaning. The cleaners worked very hard, professionally and methodically. Outstanding work.

A-1 scheduled me for a Monday and then phoned Monday morning claiming hardship and asked for a re-schedule for Friday. I rearranged my schedule. On Friday they failed to show and failed to call. Professionalism has taken a holiday. I had to set aside two days to find no service yet they get my money. That's some deal.

I had no complaints on A-1 Quality Steam. I am having a new furnace installed and the furnace company said I'd need my vents cleaned beforehand because I have a gravity based oil furnace. He said they they only work with a certain company though so I wouldn't be able to use this company. A-1 did tell me though that there would be an extra $15 per vent if I had more than 10 vents though.

They were professional, cleaned up after themselves. They were kind and punctual. We were very pleased

He did not contact me within the two days as mentioned. I called him and he had me explain my duct work and my concerns and he advised that I would be better off going with another company that specialized in complicated duct systems. I am cancelling the Big Deal and getting my refund.

Set appointment and showed on time as promised. From start to finish not a problem. A-1 service and price equals quality results.

When they first arrived they started to set up for duct cleaning. I let them know that I am not having the ducts cleaned, I paid for carpet cleaning. They said okay and started to get the stuff out for carpet cleaning. Out of nowhere, he said that’s it, he was not going to do the job he was leaving. Alex was very kind and tried to get up the spot stuff they began to try to put down. He apologized about the behavior of his partner.

We are moving into a house and have a lot of things in boxes that made it more difficult. The service was professionally provided by clean and polite personnel. The quality of the work, professionalism, clean language and working around the boxes was terrific.

They responded quickly to my call to set up the appointment and were able to do it the next day. I was not there and they followed all instructions in my absence and were very good at communicating when they would be there. They did a great job and left all the necessary receipts I needed for my leasing agent. I will use them again when needed in the future.

The project went great. The two men immediately put on shoe covers, to protect my ivory colored carpet. I don't have a lot to say, other then they did a terrific job. There are not enough words to describe what a wonderful job they did. If I could have, I would have given them A+ on the questions above.

Called ahead, were on time, cleaned the carpet and left no mess. Very professional.

Not a good experience from all angles. My appointment window was scheduled to be between 9:00-9:30am, after not hearing anything from him by 9:45am I called. He advised me that he was at another job and didnt want to take the time away from that job to call me and advised me he was running late. He didnt have a very good attitude over the phone, but he advised he was on his way and would be here in 10 minutes. He arrived in 15 minutes and explained I shouldnt have scheduked another appointment so close to this one if I would be worried about the time. We didnt get along at all! He told me he was the owner of this company and he would now be refusing services to me and left. I would never refer him to anyone, he has a bad attitude!

I purchased the Angie's List deal for 3 rooms cleaning/deodorizing for $111. We had a small cat urine accident in one room, so I asked that they just do that one room and part of another, figuring since it was 1/2 the # of rooms it would make up for any extra labor. Instead, they charged a additional fee on top of the angie's list deal cost. The smell didn't come out, so I asked if they could come back and touch it up in one small area since that was the whole point but they worked me over on the phone for 30 minutes about how difficult it is to get smells out, so I just gave up with them.

They were good and nice. They helped me to move the furniture around and the job went on well. The price was reasonably okay.
