Poor customer service in not responding to phone calls. Left large dumpster bag on lawn by street for two weeks which killed the grass

Before becoming Guardian - was Sigma with Matt Snyder. Filed bankruptcy and started as Guardian. We are in process of getting quotes for roof replacement that Matt did (as Sigma) 8 years ago. Used organic shingles (stopped being manufactured in 2002) for ridge caps - now deteriorating. Felt sheet for winterizing - shingles have gaps. Terrible workmanship. Roof does not pass inspection after only 8 years. Leaking. Flashing still a mess and that is after his $1,600 flashing repair done 6 years ago. Couldn't be more disappointed.

Guardian showed honesty, integrity, respect, professionalism, compassion, and great care. As the company name says, "Guardian" guarded our home from the beginning, during, and after the full reconstruction/replacement that was needed. We appreciated how they also cared for our family by looking after our best interests/challenges from the beginning even through after the completion of the project. It's rare to find to find a company these days that maintains a high level of integrity. The staff is professional, always willing to answer any questions, and will address any concerns. I would gladly do business again with Guardian.

They did a good job and were very good at explaining what they were doing. They also followed up very well. I am confident they will fix any issues we might have. Their work is guaranteed.

They are very responsive, and come up with a very creative solutions to the work needing to be done. I've worked with them for several years and they do a great job commercially and with our residential project.

Great crew. They worked well together, cleaned up the job site well. Joe, Paul, Rick, and Jeff were personable, approachable, and took time to explain items and answer questions. They responded well to our requests. As with any person and any job a few mistakes were made and the crew was VERY quick to correct them and didn't try to "run" from them or cover them up. The project start to completion took longer than expected. The bottom line is that we are extremely happy we went with Guardian and we would re-hire them for our next project.

Promptly answered all questions. Friendly work crew. Great clean-up efforts. Minor issues quickly corrected to our satisfaction.
