Description of Work: They fixed a problem with my furnace. It took 3 service calls to correctly diagnose and fix the problem. However they were always very professional and did their best to correct the problem. Overall I appreciate their hard work and would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: They were very great to work with. I was over 1000 miles away when my furnace went out and they were able take care of me right away and completed the job very quickly and professionally. I was given all the information and had questons answered before ordering and having a new furnace installed. I was able to take care of everything right over the phone. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Description of Work: Installation and test of central air which included a mini split conditioner. Very professional and personable. Were even able to indulge a silly old woman's attempt to join the work crew which would have been pure disaster. Will not only use them again, but will also sing their praises in person. The Key to Comfort is wonderful and I highly recommend them
