Bahram was the guiding force throughout the entire process making suggestions along the way and made it a learning experience for me. He touched based with me almost everyday to make sure I was satisfied with the workmanship and made sure I was happy. He was very respectful of my 88 yr. old Mother that I live with during this process, and that he met her needs as well.

Bahram not only gave me the lowest quote of the 3 contracting companies I had come out, but he was the most professional and responsive. His crew was thorough and the work was of a very high quality. He also gave me lots of advice as a first-time home owner. So glad to have found a competent contractor that I will call upon for all future work!

We are very happy with our new bathroom and with B&K Contractors. Bahram and his team are professional and courteous. They were always careful to protect the rest of our house from dust and mess and cleaned up the bathroom when they left every day. Work proceeded very smoothly, with plumbing, electric and tile contractors seeming to appear magically when it was time for their part of the job. Any issues that arose were discussed with us and solved to our satisfaction. Bahram came back two weeks after they were done to install shower doors that had been delayed by a parts issue, at no additional cost. Final cost was right on the estimate, and Bahram made sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

B&K Construction was one of the most professional general contractor companies I have ever worked with. As a Real Estate professional with over 15 years experience I have worked with many contractors. B&K was responsive, professional, and extremely efficient. My phone calls were answered personally and in the rare occasion they were not my messages were responded to almost immediately. In fact, B&K usually contacted me to inform me of the job status before I even asked. In addition, the price was very competitive. We stayed on budget for the project, and if there was an occasion we would not be on budget I would be informed ahead of time and given appropriate options. I would recommend B&K to anyone who is considering a remodeling project - big or small. You will not be disappointed.

B&K Contractors were astounding. It's not every day you find a contractor that cares more about quality and craftsmanship over just making a quick buck. They took extra time and care to make sure everything was exact and they use the best quality materials. My garage looks great! For the porch I thought that I just need the pillars replaced. They were 112 years old and rotting badly. They not only replaced them but they went out of their way to straighten my crooked cement brick bases. The blocks now look like they are back to the way they were intended to be 112 years ago. I am definitely going to hire them again.

Things went very well. We received a very good estimate compared to others we interviewed for the job. The crew was punctual and accommodating to our schedule. They did a fantatsic job. We were very happy and will use B&K again.

Bahram at B & K contractors did an amazing job for us. We had an attic that had "sort of" been converted into living space some time in the 1960's by the previous owners. They had used plywood for knee walls and some kind of weird masonite board for the drywall that was buckling and water damaged. The insulation was also installed in the 1960's and was of very poor quality. B&K did a demo of the entire attic in a single day - I still don't know how they managed to do it so fast because it was a pretty big job. When I came home from work on the first day I was totally blown away. The attic was stripped to the rafters, and there wasn't a speck of dust or debris anywhere. They carried the garbage and construction debris away with them every day - we didn't have to have a dumpster in our driveway or a bunch of construction materials sitting around. As the job progressed, Bahram was meticulous with the framing, drywall, and insulation. He kept us informed every step of the way, and helped us make decisions about materials, styles, and different design options for the remodel. The final job looks wonderful - the drywall is smooth and even, and the trim and windows look like they are original to the house. I will note that the house was built in 1927, and he somehow made the new work blend in so well with the style of the house that you would think the work was original to the house. His final paint job was one of the best I've seen - you can definitely tell it was done by a professional. Also, he rounded the corners of the attic walls without us even asking (and because the roof is pitched, there are a lot of corners!), which we very much appreciated. We have a toddler and she cracked her head open when she ran full-force into a wall in our kitchen about a year ago. If we'd had rounded corners in the kitchen, she would have ended up with just a bruise instead of stitches and trip to the ER. Rounded corners are great for people with kids, but they're a lot more labor and usually more expensive. Bahram did it for us without us asking and without charging us extra. These were the little details we appreciated so much about him. Bahram also helped us with permits, which were extremely complicated for this job. We live in Whitefish Bay and had to get a variance to turn the attic into living space, and he completely helped us navigate that system. Even though it wasn't part of the job we were paying him for, he provided us with measurements, drawings, charts, and specs that we could give to the village board for our variance. We would have been lost without him. Overall, Bahram went above and beyond and did a wonderful job. We would hire him and his crew again any time, and we hope to work with him again in the future.

They were on time, professional and took care of everything in wonderful detail. We are very satisfied and would turn to them again for any renovation work!

The work was impeccable the first time, so that's why we hired them again in 2010. They were professional, courteous and gave quality service at a reasonable cost. We would definitely recommend them and hire them again and again!

The guys were ontime, friendly and professional. They took the time to listen to us and give us plenty of good advice. When they were in our house they mind thier own business. The entire project took about two weeks and we felt that the price was more than fair. I've used B&K contractors many times, and am very happy with the quality of their work, their prices and materiels used. They put in beautiful commercial pavers to make a nice walk way and removed and replaced some old concrete. I had four estimates and not only was their price was alot better than anyone else, what they did was top notch, and especially when compared with what I would have got if I had chosen another company in relation to materials and labor. They did an excellent job and I love my new walk way! And, they did the whole thing in one week. I always call B&K now. Next week they are going to do some tuck pointing on my house and reparing concrete

Bahram came to the house to meet us soon after I called him. He viewed our roof and prepared a written estimate of cost and specific services he'd provide. He answered our questions and explained in detail what he would do. Within a week of contacting him he had finished the job, in only one day. He has given us an estimate for replacing our concrete driveway, and we definitely will hire him when we are ready to go with that job. Bahram also gave us advice about fixing/repairing several other things around the house and even gave us a gift - a power wash tool to attach to our hose to clean our siding.

Obviously I can't say - but I would use them in the future and find out!

It all came out very well. Their employees, especially the owner are very experienced. They are always in contact with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied before they take payment. The owner is also hands on.

I cannot express how pleased I am with the work that B & K Contractors did for me. Excellent job! House looks 100% better with new roof, siding, windows, doors, kitchen, bathrooms and landscaping. We have received numerous compliments on how beautiful our house looks. People are even stopping by to get the name of your company. I hope I’ll be able to repay them with future ventures and lots of referrals! By the way B & K Contractor’s price was 17% lower than lowest price quote I got from other contractors.

They came within a day or two to give me the estimate. They started on the agreed apon date and within a very reasonable time frame had all the work complete. They also came back in the spring of the following year (because this was done in the fall of 2005) and checked on everything they did to make sure I was still completely satisfied. As far as general contractors go I would not pick anyone else to do the work for me. If I need another project done in the future they are the ones I'll pick. As you can tell I was satisfied enought to have them come back and do my roof for me in 2008(which included tearing off the old roof and putting on new)

They came when they said they would. It went very smoothly, and I had alot of confidence in them based on how the worked so professionally. And each day before they left, they cleaned the work area, which is important to me. Too many times I have hired people who leave a big mess behind them.

This entire project took about 2 weeks from start to finish and a couple of days were rain days. These were general contractors so if they didn't do something (such as the plumbing and electrical, they took care of hiring someone and over seeing the job). All the workers were polite and professional and at the same time very very friendly. The owner came back in both instances about 2 weeks later to see that everything was still as expected. He checked with us again in about 2 months after that. This contractor gets all my business from now on.
