I had water issue in my master bedroom and bathroom in September 2022. I called many contractors and no one would start the job before March 2023. I called B & K Contrators Inc. They started the job within two weeks. They worked every, showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up each day, and completed the remodling on time even before as scheduled. I am very happy and will recommend them. Thank you Bahram for the great job!

We purchased a new home and needed upgrades/improvements to be completed rapidly as we were moving with our 6 month old little baby. Bahram and his team were very accommodating and understood the urgency to get the projects done for us. Within less than 3 weeks, our kitchen was transformed into the kitchen of our dreams, the plastic shower in our master bath was replaced with stunning tile work and every room was painted, with brand new contemporary lighting installed. We will definitely be working with B&K Contractors for any future remodels that may come up. The projects were completed so quickly with absolutely no lack in quality work! We have already referred them to multiple friends for their upcoming remodels.

Bahram's crew did an amazing job repairing my old house's combination of drywall and plaster. They were always very communicative and clean. Will recommend to anyone needing wall repair or painting!

Excellent work. The communication between contractor and myself was great and every detail of the job from tear down to the build was handled professionally. All the team that the contractor put together were highly qualified and did a phenomenal job.

Bahram and his crew did an incredible job. They broke up and removed all concrete, poured, and finished all in 3 days. The concrete looks amazing! The patio has a checkerboard pattern that really elevates the finished look. I could not be more pleased with how the project turned out! Bahram even came back and graded the yard for me for free so I could then plant grass seed. He also gave me a seed spreader because he had an extra.

Bahram and his guys installed a new sliding patio door and new kitchen window, making my kitchen area so much more pleasant that it's like a vacation every day. Bahram always kept in touch by phone and text. This was my second project with Bahram, and he will be my choice for future jobs.

Bahram helped me remodel my kitchen by installing a granite countertop, sink, faucet and backsplash. The kitchen style was very outdated and the remodel made it look much more modern. B & K did an excellent job in updating my kitchen. They also removed carpet in the living area and installed beautiful hardwood flooring. Bahram is very responsive, friendly, always answers questions quickly and is fair on pricing. I would definitely recommend and use his company again.

It was a pleasure to work with Bahram from start to finish. He was always accessible by text or phone and always kept me up to speed and came by the house personally to check on the work of his many guys. The only surprises were those initiated by me, in particular the decision to preserve an old brick wall because it looked so pretty once exposed, rather than to knock it down according to the original plan. Bahram's personal touch helped the project go very smoothly, and I wouldn't hesitate to engage him again.

B & K did an amazing job painting our house. It was a large project with a good amount of detail work and it was completed in 1 week. We absolutely love the final result and have had many neighbors stop us and compliment the skilled work.

From the initial planning stages to the completion of our projects, everyone at B & K was exceptionally communicative, responsive, and understanding of our needs. The projects were completed efficiently and pricing was fair and transparent through every step of the process. We have had a great deal of work done both inside and outside our home, from redoing our roof and outdoor electrical to repainting the exterior of our home to indoor plumbing and retiling. B&K laid a large amount of concrete for us over 2 years. We hired them to design and put in walkways, patios, and eventually, a new parking area. The owner worked closely with us to get the patio design and placement just right and to solve a unique problem with the parking area. They do exceptional, professional work. We especially like the finishing details and aesthetic touches they provided. We are very pleased with the results on all their work and are happy to recommended them to friends. We are happy to be repeat customers!

In 2017 we bought a home build in the 1880s that was last renovated in the 1950s. B & K did a full remodel: new kitchen, new baths, new floors, refinished existing hardwood, repaired all walls, put in all new windows, removed chimney, ran new plumbing and electrical. Project took a little under a year. Bahram was always prompt, kind, and honest through the entire project. We encountered some unexpected plumbing problems and he was up front about what it would cost and time it would take to fix it properly. Since finishing this project in 2018 we have had Bahram back to do assorted small projects. He is always a joy to work with and I could not recommend him enough!

It went amazingly well, considering all the rain we had last spring. It pushed the project back a bit, but nothing you can do about the weather. Baharam was always super responsive, always willing to discuss options, and all of the guys her has chosen to work with are awesome.

It went great! They showed up on time. Very professional. VERY aware and careful not to bother or leave debris in my neighbors (or my) yard. Finished in one day as promised even though we ran into way more rotten boards than we anticipated. Cleaned up everything! New roofs are messy! Could not even tell they had been here. I would highly recommend them! Came in on budget also!

We hired B&K Contractors based on a friend's referral. The quote and job were within our budget. The kitchen looks great. The cabinets were custom made. The granite countertops are beautiful. The communications between B, the installers, and the warehouse were good. Once we found a granite slab with the right dimensions and color, the installation was quick and professional. They removed the chimney, tore off the plaster down to the studs, repaired and refinished the floor, updated the electrical and plumbing, widened the door to the bedroom hallway. They also replaced the furnaces and water heaters for the upstair's and downstair's units of our duplex. This included re-venting all 4 units due to the chimney tear down. For the existing bathroom, they did a complete tear down to the studs, including removing a cast iron tub. They updated the plumbing and electrical, added a vent and fan, and built a beautiful walk in shower. The only problem was getting the floor tile. That was caused by low supply at the warehouse we ordered from and bad weather. Bahram is always available either in person, phone, or text. He's professional and willing to work with the homeowner. He's not afraid to ask for clarification or make a suggestion. We will use this company again for our addition.

A lot had to go into this project and it went exactly as planned.

I had a hallway bathroom completely remodeled. A double sink vanity was installed, the floors and tub surround were tiled, new tub and shower fixtures were installed and the stucco texture was removed from walls/ceilings. I am extremely pleased with the results. The work was done in a punctual manner (a few weeks) and Bahram was extremely responsive whenever I had questions. If I wanted something changed even if it was something small, he always made sure to come back to do it. I’ve gotten many compliments on my bathroom and I would definitely use them again.

Called on 11/30. Left message to call back. Ebrahimnejad called back on the following day. Said to text him the address, which I did, and he would stop by to look things over. We wouldn't even have to be home. Never heard from him again.

It went very well. Bahram was very responsive and took the time to answer all of my questions. He did not try to sell me on unnecessary things. Instead, he recommended what was most practical and economical according to my budget. I was updated frequently on progress. The work was done on time and it looks great. I’ve gotten many compliments already and plan to hire B&K again.

These guys are great. Very professional and easy to work with. I would hire them again! ...and we actually did. This is the second project they worked on for us. I can't recommend them enough!
