+ -1 moreThey were very punctual, called us letting us know when they were on the way. Gentleman was very professional, quickly identified the problem, told me that the capacitor was $143--seems a little high to me, and then the $75 service charge (also seems high). I would say overall I was happy, but I am curious now as to what other companies would charge for the same thing, as $218 for replacing a capacitor they had on the truck, total of 20 minutes work, seems high.
Description of Work: A/C stopped working Friday. Called Horsch & Miller Saturday morning, they were able to stop in within an hour or so. The service person quickly identified the problem as a bad capacitor.

Description of Work: Gutted the master bath. Moved a wall. Installed tile shower with glass wall and door, overhead lights, granite countertop and new cabinet.

+ -1 moreOur 15 year old heating system was making a terrible noise, so we had to call for immediate service. My wife called and set an appointment for ST thing that morning. The service person, Brian Wagner, was on time and courteous. He diagnosed the problem, discussed the alternatives and fixed the problem that morning. We are extremely satisfied with the work that was done. Thanks Horsch & Miller and Brian for great emergency service!
