Our handyman service fix and install windows and doors, seasonal maintenance including deck refurbishing. We remodel basements, kitchens bathrooms. Our cleaning service includes weekly-biweekly, move out and help organizing. We also have a Senior Personal Assistant on staff. We help those in need stay independent.

I specialize in finishing basements. When it comes to basements, I will be involved in every aspect of the job. I will be hands on from the initial design process, the bidding process, acquiring permits, doing the actual construction, overseeing sub-contractors, through to the completion of the finished basement. I personally guarantee the highest level of attention to quality and detail throughout the entire project.
"Mark did an excellent job with finishing our basement, it turned out exactly how we wanted. What we liked most about Mark is that he is very trustworthy and honest. He is very open and transparent with all the costs . He also is very detailed and percise and his subcontractors were very good as well. "When Mike came out to give me a quote, he told and told me he would get back to me in a week and could probably finish part of the work in the next two weeks and start the full remodel within a month. That was in January, and I'm writing this review at the end of March. I called him several times and finally caught up with him about a month ago, when he said he had had some family issues and would get back to me soon. But he never did. I spent time cleaning my house, speaking with him, writing him an email with all the details of my project, calling references, and waiting months for an answer. The very least he could have done was said he wasn't interested in the project."

"Over two months to get house plans. Communication was dismal and the majority of my phone calls and emails were ignored. After I put down my initial deposit. I was ignored for so many weeks, I was beginning to think the company was fake. Draftsman never asked a single question. Not a good look when each round of revisions are charged by the number of changes. My final payment was requested before receiving house plans. Payment was sent and plans were immediately provided despite never having discussed or seen electrical and plumbing, etc. There was an error on the final plans and it took an act of Congress to get it changed. To be fair the final product was excellent but the ulcers I developed over this whole process would make me rethink using Evolution."
