Description of Work: put in wrong pump and lied about what they installed. when confronted with proof they denied the fact. we had another plumer install the proper system and had to threaten court action to get any relief from them. we got a partial refund but no apology for charging for an top line pump and intentially installing an inferior pump which failed within 2 months.

Description of Work: We called PGA because our septc system was overflowing. The plumber came as soon as he could. Took care of the problem and even unplugged our out door water faucets. He was friendly and knew what he was doing. We now have an contrace with PGA to take care of our sept system 2x's a year. He will clean the filter and replace it if necessary. We would recomment this company to anyone.
