"Like all previous experiences with Cardinal, the (3) techs arrived on time, proceeded efficiently (even in the rain to install the a/c), answered all questions, paid attention to containing mess (brought drop clothes for areas where equipment needed to come in and out, wore separate shoes inside, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job). They were friendly, efficient and professional in all respects. Same is true for the estimator who came in advance to assess, explain the job and options for choices. Will use Cardinal for other jobs if needed and recommend to others."

"They didn`t do anything they came out ,they supposed to come next week after the order apart. I never heard back from the guy. I am a hundred dollars down deposit. He claimed that was supposed to be for they was going to wave the diagnostic fee that was for the parts in the service, never came back out. I haven`t heard from him."

Over the past few months, Adams Electric has failed to complete electrical work that was promised, left my home in disarray, and charged outrageous fees for unresolved issues—including a $540 bill for a toilet that still doesn’t work after three visits. I personally went to their office in tears, asking for help, and my concerns were completely ignored. I have sent multiple requests for resolution, yet I have received no accountability or action from their leadership. As a company that claims to be faith-based and community-driven, their lack of integrity is deeply disappointing. I will be pursuing every possible avenue to get the resolution I deserve, including reporting them to consumer protection agencies and escalating this issue publicly if needed. I sincerely hope Adams Electric chooses to do the right thing and take responsibility for their actions."
