I had a very dirty a/c unit, and didn't want to clean it myself. Was afraid of damaging the fins, plus it hadn't been serviced for years prior to us purchasing this duplex. The gentleman arrived exactly on time. He cleaned it very well, then check the furnace filter which was also very dirty, replaced it. Also checked the R22 level, had to put a lb in and then checked the output of cold air. It was perfect. Told me the approximate age of unit and what to look for in the future. Highly recommended.

Excellent company. They did a professional job, very knowledgeable and friendly crew. Josh was great explaining everything and giving us several options of furnaces. No buying pressure and went above and beyond to get us in due to the old furnace dying. Great job guys !!!!!

The gentleman that came was very nice, He completed the service I requested and more. I needed my furnace cleaned and checked. He explained what he as doing and everything was great.

I had lost heat to my boiler late one night in February. With my family gathered around our fireplace in the living room & heat dropping on one of the coldest nights of the year, I was concerned. JB Mechanical responded first thing in the morning. The technician did a nice job of diagnosing the problem. After a few hours we had our boiler up in running. They also worked with me on the price, adjusting accordingly. A job well done by Patrick, the technician.

Would recommend JB Mechanical to anyone that needs service done to their heating system. They were able to stop by a day earlier than scheduled.

we had a burning smell from our vents. i posted on Facebook and was reached out to by the owner and when i told him i was looking for someone to come ASAP he moved things around in his schedule to get a tech here within an hour of opening. Patrick came and identified the issue within 10 minutes. He had to go get the panel and was completely finished with his work in under an hour. He was friendly, attentive and quick to work. i highly recommend!

My furnace quit during single digit temps. I talked to the owner at 9:00 am and he was at my house to give me an estimate before 10 am (the morning after a snow storm). My new furnace was up and running before noon the very next day. The techs were great - knowledgeable, courteous and even wiped up water the spots their boots left on my floor! I highly recommend JB Mechanical!

The techs were very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions.

I spoke with the owner at 2:30 in the afternoon and he was here for an estimate at 5pm. We booked an appointment for a new furnace that day. We had problems with the old furnace and the owner worked on it, attempting to replicate the problem. A Tech was sent out the next morning (free of charge) to get us through until the new furnace was installed 6 days later. Everyone we dealt with was VERY knowledgeable, explained each step to us, were expedient and very thorough. Pricing was excellent. This company will be the only company we call for ANY HVAC work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Furnace stopped working when I woke up in the morning. I called at 7a.m. and they were here by 8:30 a.m. same day. I was very happy they were able to come out quickly and fix it in less than an hour. Didn't get charged more than what was explained when I called. Patrick fixed it and explained to me in detail what he did to fix the furnace and how the system worked. Very pleased with everything!

Josh has been terrific to work with. We had problems with our unit and he was able to provide same day service. Highly recommended

This company was responsive, fast, and did a fantastic job installing a new furnace and AC unit. They were not the cheapest of the quotes we received, but the excellent service was worth the small amount "extra" and the equipment they sold us appears to be outstanding. I would happily hire JB again.
