Description of Work: Replaced the old heating system with a new high efficiency Lennox heating system. the price was about what I had expected to pay although I didn't get any other estimates because I had Keystone replace my Air conditioning system three year ago and I knew I wanted them to replace my furnace. They are very professional and they offer what I think is some of the best products available. The installation when smoothly and the workers arrived at the scheduled time and worked right through till the job was done. Dave programmed the thermostat for me and explained how everything worked. The installers covered the staircase to keep it clean and they cleaned up the work area when they were done. I love the Lennox system they installed. It is so quiet you could sleep next to it, you hardly know it's running even when you are standing right next to it. I would highly recommend Keystone for your heating and air conditioning needs whether your replacing you system or just need to have it maintained or repaired. As far as price goes, you may be able to find a better price but you can't beat keystone for the work they do and the products they handle. You get what you pay for and you want a system you will be happy with for the next 25 years. DC in Racine

+ -1 moreThe furnace went out on Saturday for good and unfortunately the weather got considerably colder as the days went by. We were able to maintain a livable temperature in the house with our two small heaters until Sunday evening and then it got rather chilly. The repairman on Friday had told us that they had heaters available if things got too cold, so on Monday morning I called Keystone and got Dave on the phone. When I asked if we could borrow some of the heaters, he immediately said he would be out in 15-20 minutes with them!!! ........and he was. Those four ceramic heaters made a world of difference and we were fairly cozy until today when the new furnace arrived. The installation team - three of them - arrived at our home right on time and got right to the job. In only a matter of a few hours, the furnace was installed, the new media filtration systen was in place - along with the new ductwork and thermostat. Everything was done in a very efficient and tidy manner and the old furnace was hauled away with all the old ductwork. Dave even took care of submitting the energy rebate for us. We love our new furnace so far. It is really quiet (the best thing) and is keeping the house nice and warm; I can't wait to realize the energy savings. I would definitely recommend Keystone Heating for repairs, maintenance and new installations.
Description of Work: Keystone Heating is our regular furnace servicing company. At the last few service calls, they had told us that our Lennox furnace would probably need replacing in the near future. Hoping to put off that expense, we waited for the furnace to go - which it did last week. A repair person came and confirmed that it would be a waste of money to repair our 19 year old furnace. So we contacted Dave and told him that we wanted the new Lennox furnace and the air filtration system that he had quoted last summer. The price he had quoted was still valid and we scheduled the installation for March 7.
