Crew of 2 showed up promptly at appointed time. They verified with my wife the service that was to be provided. They did everything and cleaned up all mess.

He did a good job! He cleaned up everything - like it never happened. He was very courteous and explained what was going on. I was very happy with his work!

I called ECONO Sewer and spoke to Charlie. He said he would be able to help me. He kept me informed of when he would be coming. The crew arrived and went right to work. They identified the issues one by one and videoed the blockages. They solved the problems and then videoed again to show their results and the after effect of water flowing freely.

This is the most professional company I have ever worked with. They are very reasonably priced (the cheapest in tow, according to my experience/search), and they really know what they're doing. I've had horrible experiences in the past, and ECONO made everything very simple. The worker explained everything to me. I really like that he made me feel included. He made sure I was comfortable and confident, and I have never experienced that before. I will definitely be using ECONO for all of my sewer and drain needs and so will my friends and family. Econo Sewer and Drain spent time with us explaining what he thought might be the problem. Charlie recommended 2 businesses he thought would be equipped to handle our problem. Econo came when they said they would, they were very courteous and friendly and knowledgeable about the job. They gave us a fair price and cleaned up the site when finished. We did call who they had suggested and found out that we did have a bigger problem than just a clogged drain. Econo came out again on the 24th to do a tv inspection of our front and back sewer lines, again very professional and courteous, did their job at a very fair price. I would definately recommend Econo Sewer and Drain.

Great. Same day response for service. Completed in a couple of hours. Servicer was pleasant, friendly and accomodating. Accepted personal check. First time lines were cleaned on this 40 yr old home. Servicer said we were unlikely to need lines cleaned again in our lifetime. Have no experience with this service but it went well and price seemed fair.

After calling around to a few different places, I found Econo. I talked to Charlie, the owner, and explained my situation. He was very kind and professional. Charlie gave me a quote over the phone, that was $100+ lower than any competitor, and was at my house that day. He confirmed what he suspected and fixed the problem immediately. He showed me exactly what the problem was, how he fixed it, the auger head he used to fix it, and even went above and beyond what he said he was going to do by clearing out the drain all the way to the street. I really couldn't be happier with my experience and couldn't recommend Econo more.

Charlie from Econo Sewer & Drain was fantastic! Our basement had a sewer back up on a Sunday morning and he was at our home within 1.5 hours of our phone call. His work was very professional and he was extremely knowledgable. He also helped us when dealing with the city engineer. I would highly recommend his company.
